There was everything available like facewash and shampoo but toothpaste was missing, having toothpaste would be a great.

Now they have a $50 dollar deposit I paid cash and got it back at checkout. But all in all my stay was good. 4.5 out 5 for me.

I came to this property on a Friday, which me & my kids were coming to visit family, I had book our stay over Expedia which I paid for in full when I got to the hotel I was told they required a deposit which I paid, when I entered the room room no bagsin the garbage cans, nor did the tv work I had to contact front front desk for the to come up only to know the remote wasn’t programmed to the tv, which inconvenience me & my kids..

I paid for my room in full online once I reached to check in told me I needed a deposit which it doesn’t state on wedsite… so I stayed in lobby for 2 hours contacting who I book thru & always explaining to the front desk assistant Kevin that I wasn’t aware…. No one had a consultation for me nor did they did anything to help me

Hello John, as front desk staff explained to you, our facility is smoke free, of any time of smoking, and we try to keep it that way. In addition on the registration card you signed it clearly states that any type of smoking in the room isnt allowed and that you would be charged a 150.00 fee .Its unfortunately that we get a poor review because you decided to smoke in the room. Not worth the bargain
I don’t typically leave reviews, and I wasn’t expecting a whole lot for $60–just a place to sleep before a flight. But the room was infested with cockroaches. Disgusting.

I do want to inform you that our property gets treated regularly by pest control professionals but part of our property is outdoor and sometime it can be to where some insects could sneaked in if the door is opened. Never staying again.
They do not clean their rooms on weekends. Bathroom was dirty and the matress had menstrual stains . They switched us rooms but b the new room had a broken tv and was also just as dirty. No discount was given for the poor service.

Had roaches in the bathroom. The mattresses were filthy. Would never recommend them. I never complain about anything but this should have been a refund situation They didn’t see it that way, unfortunately. Stay away from this properry!

We arrived Friday at about 8:00 p.m. on a busy Michigan Football weekend. There was a line at the desk and only one clerk. Management should have anticipated the need for more than one clerk. When we finally checked in (45 minutes later,) there was a line of six very unhappy people behind us. We missed dinner because the only restaurant within walking distance closed at 9:00 p.m. The shabbiness of the room was evident when we walked in the door. We spotted two cockroaches - one on the phone and one on the toilet. The one large chair in the room had ripped underside lining material hanging down on the floor. The small lumbar accent pillow on the bed was torn apart on one end with the stuffing hanging out and had a second large tear in the material next to the zipper. We killed a third cockroach later in the evening, which gave us the creeps all night. The TV made annoying loud clicking noises when the sound was on. The next morning we complained and to their credit the staff was very responsive. They gave us a can of bug spray (it was handy so obviously they knew this was an ongoing problem) and brought up a new TV. We sprayed in the morning but when we returned from the game there was another one on the wall. At least the hot breakfast each morning was good.

My stay there was terrible had to change room 3xs due to dirty bathrooms then I checked out a day early they tried to charge me 24 hrs laters saying the room smelled like smoke and I don’t even smoke will never stay there again

Deceitful appearance of hotel
The Front Desk staff was ok albeit, they lack the welcoming spirit. The Hotel overall needs rehab. The picture you see is not what this hotel looks like and is deceiving. bathroom had MOLD! and a hole in ceiling to go with it.. The beds were uncomfortable and need replacement as they are warped. I do have to hand it to them, they had an IRON which some hotels lack them. I would rate this not a hotel but rater a MOTEL. The towels were stained and gives you a vibe that you should not take a shower as you will be dirty again once you dry up with them stained towels.

The outside of the hotwl looked nice. The room i was in was dirty, paint was chipped in the bathroom. The coffeemaker didnt have to proper parts to make a cup of coffee, i had to balance the coffeebag on top of my cup. The remote for the TV was missing the back.
