Hyatt Auburn hills was within close driving distance to everything we needed (there really wasn't anything to close to walk to). Shopping and food was on the agenda for a quick trip. The hotel was very clean, our room was spotless, and comfy beds. I loved the extra sitting room also! The pool was great! The breakfast in the morning was delicious! We enjoyed our stay!

I love that it was family friendly, the staff was helpful and nice. The only downfall was the walls were thin and I could hear our neighbors muffled conversations. But overall a great stay for the price!

Pool was cold, closed at 9pm. Even though when we called to check on times, they told us 11pm. No hot tub either? If we would have known that, we would have picked a different place! My aunt found old food, and perfume in her room because it wasn’t cleaned properly. About the only thing they did right was put our room close to my aunts like we asked. Staff was nice tho. Helpful with the pack and play. Which was nice. Probably won’t stays again, but it worked for the one night.

Everything about this property is great the rooms in particular the bathroom are just a bit dated. Didn’t like the layout of the room how the bed is directly behind the open bathroom countertop area. Actual shower and toilet room is very small, tight space but totally functional. Room was clean but it could have been cleaner without trying to be too critical.

I was very disappointed and how the Hyatt look I’m using used to a more upscale looking property cracks in the wall. Rooms were like a motel eight didn’t have anyone cleaning our room had to ask for my own towels the breakfast continental was gone during breakfast time, Needless to say, I would not recommend this hotel and I will not be coming back

Somewhere in the middle.
I'm not sure if our sheets were previously cleaned - as there were multiple stains. Maybe they had been washed, but the stains didnt come out? There were cobwebs on the ceiling. The bathroom was SO tiny (weird, for such a big room?). The staff was very plesant, our check-in person even talked with my little neice. I did go down to the lobby to get candy in the middle of the night and the woman there wasn't particularly friendly. The window to the outside was screwed in place/shut, so it was very stuffy all night long. The kids loved the pool, and I loved how big the room was. The morning breakfast was AMAZING.

The breakfast was cold. My daughter and I came down to breakfast at 8am. The food looked amazing but the eggs, sausage, potatoes and French toast sticks were cold. We couldn’t finish eating it. I didn’t see any of the kitchen staff to say anything. I was surprised and disappointed that the food was cold.
Everything else was wonderful. We had a nice stay besides breakfast.

Terrible! First of all my family staying in the 5th floor had a staff member break into their room while in their room removing the inside door lock unannounced at 9:30 pm .

Breakfast had to wait in line as the whole housekeeping staff made their breakfast . Our room was clean but no bath towels and it had an awful smell of burnt wires or some sort of gas odor.

As soon as we walked into our room and closed the door, there were leafs on the right side in the floor.
The bathroom looked like there was poop smeared on the wall facing the toilet, which my sister wiped down because it looked disgusting. The bedside electrical outlet is covered so we were unable to use/access. The bedside lamps and clock/radio were not plugged and could not be plugged into an electrical outlet.

Was hoping for a hottub in pool area. No luck. Also the pool room was COLD so skipped trying the pool. Breakfast was very good quality wise but limited selections. Quality was well above the average hotel bfast though. Room was very noisy (both plumbing and elevator nearby) i stay up pretty late and dont mind noise, but someone more sensitive to it would have a hard time sleeping for sure.
