I did not like anything about the stay. It was dirty and run down, nothing like the pictures. Very disappointing.

I travel between central Ohio and Michigan quite often and right now I travel mostly to the Dearborn area. I've stayed at this location 3 times and it's been perfect every single time. Clean rooms, no noise, comfortable bed. The bathrooms always have plenty of towels and toiletries. Check in and check out have been quick and easy every single time. Thank you to everyone who makes it such a pleasant stay

Wallpaper was all peeling off of the wall. there were stains on the arm chair in the room, the curtains had holes in them and the whole hotel smelled bad and the shower had mold all over in it

Hotel was not bad, just old, need new carpet in hallway, bathrooms not as clean as could be. Good for a place to sleep and for the price- just a little outdated.

Our room felt old, mold all over the bathroom walls. Heater looked like it seen better days. Beds were comfy though and had a good space for a family of 5 to crash for a few day's due to no heat/or power at the house.

The box spring had no cover seen blood ? Stains down side. Sheets look dirty stains on lamp shades and bathroom dirty . I told the staff and checked out immediately got a refund from Expedia .

Bath tub was completely clogged with hair from the stay before me. No towels, went to the desk and a sign sat saying the clerk will return shortly. Turn on the shower and it makes a ridiculous high pitch sound making you want to get out immediately.

The property is a little run down, it has clearly seen better days, but our room was clean and quiet. The smoke detector in our room was disconnected and on the bathroom sink. That was not optimal, but for the price it was a decent stay.

Power outage freezing room 😫
It was awful 😖 the power went out we were freezing in the dark on the 3rd floor had to yse ataurs had to ask for extra blankets to stay warm power went out at 3pm and was suppose to be restored by 8pm it disnt come back on till 3 am i think thwy ahoyld have refunded or given us a dree stay i had to go out and buy very expensive candles just to see i hate leaving thia rating because this is usually my go to place and it was juat bad the staff had power but did not ofder to put ua in a room on 1st floor where they had power usually thia hotel is amazing but this was a very bad atay a waste of money id have been better off sleeping in my suv and rhe candlea juat gave enough light so u could see foing to bathroom you xouldnt shower nothing!!! Sitting in dark watching tv on phone till that died and 50 more dollara out of pocket for candles!!! Thwy need to give ua a free stay in my opinion they offered NOTHING !

Black hair was all over sheets. Carpet was dirty. Wallpaper falling off. Shower dripped constantly and didnt turn off. Hotel needs some serious, updating and cleaning.

I can’t believe how good it was!
I recall writing to hotels.com to inform the hotel that I would be traveling with a senior citizen and 2 toddlers and requested a 1st floor room that had been recently cleaned within 24 hrs to my stay. And sure enough at check in the clerk told me he had a good one for me. I only knew to request this due to previous reviews. My room was surprisingly everything I had ask for. It was clean, neat, beds were comfortable and had decent internet and cable. Then in the morning provided breakfast which I don’t know how I didn’t get that memo when booking but was super happy I didn’t have to buy food for my family. The attending breakfast bar lady was helpful and very much cleaning up as people were moving around. Outside it felt save to park my 2023 vehicle in front of my room. Due to the hotel being pushed back away from the main road it would seem that everyone on the property belonged there. I didn’t get any weird vibes. There was a fast food joint in the next lot. Overall not 1 complaint from me and I’m shocked! Cheers to everyone who made our stay worth the drive. The mildew at the top corner ceiling of the bathroom is almost not even worth mentioning bc you’re gonna be in and out. Room 126 I believe is a goldmine.

Staff were unwelcoming. Rooms were dirty and things were broken. Toilet wasn’t working properly and the only other room they could move us to had sheets over the sprinklers, broken door, and smelled like smoke and cologne. Staff were unwilling to assist with extending stay for our mother who was involved in house fire. Overall, not a great experience.

Great getting from the workers at the front desk very clean and cozy rooms. Very friendky and quck staff if you needed something it was brought to your room within 5 mins! The rooms were so clean and very cozy feeling the beds were very comfortable its hard for me to sleep away and i had not a problem their 10/10 FOR SURE WE WILL BE BACK!

Staff was extremely nice and very helpful. The rooms themselves are very outdated & the carpet was worn & stained. The bathrooms were very outdated, and showed the wear & tear. Good for a quick stop, but I would not reccommend for an extended stay.

Our stay was pretty disappointing don't let the good reviews and cheap price Sway you into paying for one of these rooms cuz they're pretty disgusting. They didn't clean absolutely anything there was hair everywhere, in our sheets, underneath the furniture and there was cockroaches it was just an overall bad experience....

Window in room cracked, floors dirty and stained, halls dirty and stained, ironing board had no cover, one wash cloth for two people. Need I say more. I will never stay there again.
