We usually have no problems when we stay here. This time our toilet was not working. The next morning maintenance came in, and after 30 mins or so he said we would not be able to use the toilet. I went to the front desk to ask for another room and she told us to wait a little longer and see if the situation wpuld change. She wanted my baby and us to sit in the stinking room with a strange guy and np bathroom was unacceptable. They have no problem taking out money but had a problem with giving is back our privacy we paid for...

Just okay

Was there for a family graduation and got the hotel as an Expedia package for 5-days. So, with that said, it was what I paid for. Small room, very limited breakfast choices. Bathroom really needs to be sprayed with mildew cleaner and carpet was in need of overall scrubbing. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Don't know if I'd stay there again for that length of time, but for a day or two, the price is right.

Ok.....Front desk personnel was frequently AWOL. Bed was comfortable even though it looked worn out . Elevator was scarey and very slow and missing some light bulbs in instrument panel. Room appeared clean but not fancy.

Ridiculously clean

I was bowled over by the cleanliness of my room. Sheets were clean and fresh, not a speck of dirt to be found in the bathroom. I did my usual bedbug check that i do in hotels, and the cleanliness of the corners of the bed were surprising.... ive never seen such clean corners...i wondered if i had a brand new bed! Pillows small but super comfy.i would return.

We basically needed someplace to stay the night in between my son's hockey games. For the amount of money that we spent, this hotel was fine. The first thing I noticed was how quiet the hotel was. The bathroom was clean, and I was able to take a hot shower in the morning. The heating unit in the hotel was fairly quiet and did maintain the temperature well. With multiple children and a hectic schedule, a continental breakfast is always nice to have so we can grab something for my picky children and get going quickly.

Good stay

The hotel was amazingly quiet given it was totally booked. The one chair in the room was very uncomfortable, and there was a terrible draft coming from around the heating unit. We turned the heat up and we're comfortable. The bathroom is tiny but functional. Breakfast is very basic, cold items for the most part, although you can make waffles. The only staff we had interaction with was at check in/out, same person for both and she was friendly and helpful. Good area, lots of restaurants and shopping, and near expressway. Overall, a good stay. We would stay again when we come to visit family.

Close to where I needed to be

It was a very good experience overall.. Room had an issue with heat when we first checked in .they tried to fix it and no go .So they moved us to another room.It was fine..There were some people living in the motel with kids across the hall..Kind of noisy and kept late hours..They staff was great did their best to accommodate us in anyway needed. Rooms were comfortable, things worked well in our 2nd room. Would stay again.

The only issue I had was the Floors are very thin, you could hear every step from the above floors which made it difficult to sleep through the night

My stay was great the elevator wasn't clean at all but, overall it was a great hotel and I would definitely stay again!!!
