We had people trying to get in our room just after 10 pm. Perhaps they had the wrong room. Then AFTER 11 pm, guest services was BANGING on our door, waking us up and asking for our last name. WFT. Went to the front desk in the morning to ask what heck went on and they had no idea. Would like management follow up please.

The hotel looks like the pictures but it wasn’t as clean as the pictures. The furniture and the room itself needs to be deep cleaned

When our flight got cancelled last minute we had to quickly find a hotel, and preferably one with a reasonable price. It was easy to book and they got our reservation just as we arrived. We were able to grab their hotel shuttle from the airport easily and again in the morning back to the hotel (24 hour shuttle). Staff was very friendly and helpful! The hotel could use some updates but small things like rust on the lights, but in general everything was clean! We will definitely return and use their park and fly service.

Not what I was expecting. The reviews looked good but this place is very rundown. The staff told us that we could get beer at the store down the street and that wasn't the case. We walked all the way down the road because it wasn't very close. There was a terrible smell by the elevator. It was not clean anywhere. Luckily the room was bearable for one night.

Hotel is close to the airport and shuttle service was good. There are limited dining options in the area and with a late arrival was difficult to find dining. This is an older properly which could use some updating. Overall stay was ok for the short time we were there for our flight the next morning.

Elevator wasn’t working in the am We we’re on the 3rd floor My husband has mobility issues and uses a cane We had to come down the stairs with all our luggage No help was offered !

The overall cleanliness of the rooms is poor. I switched from my first room due to a moldy shower with hair on the floor, walls with grime everywhere and damaged furniture. The second room wasnt much better, grimy marks on the walls, food or cooffee splashed on the wall by the desk, and just an overall lack of care when cleaning. I will not return.

Overall, room wasnt terrible, but shower door would not close. The noise from airplanes was so loud, it was impossible to sleep.
