The receptionist was like a kid or something, he didn’t know what he was doing, nearly overcharged me for a deposit, kept cutting me off when I spoke and seemed frustrated. Was probably in a rush to get back outside and smoke. Needs to take his job a little more serious and treat all customers with the same patience and respect.

The workers were nice and helpful. The room was low grade, the door didn't seem to have a seal around it because when i closed and locked the door, i could stll see light from the outside from where the door meets the door jam. The carpet was dirty, the blankets had burn spots, the bathroom sink faucet was loose and leaning to the left side, a screen missing on the left side window, there were many bags of trash piled up in stairwell near the exit to the parking lot, possibly a holding area for later pickup, bad smell and not sanitary.

I staff was awesome. Friendly, helpful, really nice. However, I know what I was paying for. But the bathroom was way to small. The shower/water was not working. Barely a trickle came out for hot water, and cold water was full on but I couldn't use it.

The pictures of the facility online are not what you get. At least not in the room we stayed in. The wall where the bed was located was in bad shape. There was a piece of wood on the ceiling that looked like it was holding the ceiling up. The bathroom walls and ceiling had popcorn paint peeling off. The bathtub had gross grey residue on the bottom of it. Only once did we walk into the hotel and it actually smell clean. Prior to that time and after that time it smelled like someone was just blowing marijuana smoke in our faces. The staff was very friendly and their lobby is very nice. The room was a different story.

Arrived at the motel and my 1st reaction is No way this is where Im staying. Its a very old place that smells like pool water. Check in was easy. Very cool young lady checked me in and I started my journey to my room. This long hallway I had to walk down was horrible. Very out dated carpet that was stained. Paint on the walls and doors was chipped off and gave a Bates Motel vibe. This property does have cameras in the hallway . The room was nasty. Carpet stained, bed was made but had cigarette burns in all the sheets. The tv wasnt plugged in nor the microwave. There was a mini fridge in the room that wasnt plugged in also and i was going to open it but said Nope! The bathroom was decent. The furniture in this room was straight from a 1970's horror movie. I had and seen enough of this place. I will not stay there again.

The price is right, the service friendly, and the place is long overdue for a makeover. But it is close to the airport and restaurants and for a one night stay it works.

This was the worst stay I have ever had through Expedia. I paid for the rooom through the app only to get to the hotel to find out I needed and 50.00 deposit for a room that mediocre at best. The wall looked liked they had been on fire, the furniture is old and outdated, it looked waterlogged and moldy. They need some serious updates

This place was so dirty! It was basically falling apart! The shower had no shower curtain and it was dirty! The ceiling in the bathroom was a popcorn ceiling and it was falling off as we attempted to shower. I wasted my points on here for nothing

Sheets, blanket, the whole bed was filthy. Hairs and other stuff all over the bed. Carpet was not even laid properly in the room. It was still running up the wall uncut. The only positive was how quick check in and check out was. And the staff I experienced were friendly.
