The pool was so dirty, there was a film of algae on the bottom of it. Rooms are outdated. I reserved a room with 2 beds, I check in and get to our room with only one bed in it. I went to the desk to ask and they said they are sold out of 2 beds so she gave me a free breakfast buffet coupon which seems like everyone there had one so it really wasn’t compensated very well. All in all I would not suggest this hotel. 10 years ago it was great. Not worth the price of almost 300$ for 2 nights!

There was hole in the wall when we entered the room, and there wasn’t any hot water the next morning. I was told I would get a discount due to the water problem, but have yet to see any. The beds were comfortable, clean and quiet.

I wish that people in this hotel would have paid little attention to the only thing I requested when I reserved the room which was I like a room in higher level But what I got was second level had the worst view ,roof of another building which was terrible seen,I almost took a photo of this view meaning to replace in my comment but I decided not too

The rooms are. Very outdated it was rusting in the bathrooms. The desk was all scratched scraped & scuffed up. The couch was filthy & worn down like a dog bed. I had to change rooms when I got there because the first room wasn’t fit for a dog. I tried contacting Expedia but they made it impossible to reach them it was easy to reach them to collect my money!!! Bad experience all around the map I want a REFUND!!!!

When my husband went down to get a luggage cart, so he asked the front desk. The woman at the desk wasn’t friendly or remotely helpful. Also, how can you not offer decaf coffee downstairs?

We do not put out complimentary pots of decaffeinated coffee, as caffeinated coffee tends to be the more popular choice. But we are more than happy to accommodate any decaffeinated coffee needs. Not what I expect from a Marriott
Hotels.com positioned the hotel as able to accommodate 5 so we reserved a room only to find that they only have rooms for 4. Based on when we arrived, we had to pay for a second room in order to be able to stay. Our room was just ok - bathroom counter was coming off the wall, shower sprayed all over the floor, curtains dragged on the window sill and housekeeping never came to one of our rooms during the entire three night stay. Not what I would expect from a Marriott.

The Staff made this property special... From the Front Desk Staff to the Maid Service to the Maintenance Crew. You could tell they cared... Everyone made us feel like we were important to thrm and they were there to help us during our stay. It an old property but very clean. And the Mini Store (24 hour), Bar and Restaurant (being open) was refreshing. Solid A!
