ERIKA was helpful & accomodating! I dealt with her most times. Im from Canada & asked her many questions which she tried to answer for me. Room was clean. Love the freshness of the bedsheets! Everything in my room was clean! Felt safe. Close to my brothers' house. Close to church. The elevator got stuck 1 day, but no worry, I was just on the 2nd floor. Free breakfast buffet vame with my room, but since I was always rushing, I did not even have the chance to have breakfast on the 2 days I had free breakfast! So I cannot comment on that. Will stay again when visiting my brother! Reasonably priced.

It was great for an emergency stop. Bed and pillows were pretty comfy, appreciated the blackout curtains. The main floor has sort of a musty old cigarette smell though despite being a smoking-free hotel, but our room smelled fine.

The property was pretty nice and the room was very clean. Although I did not appreciate the front desk. When I checked in she sat there and looked at me like may I help you. She never got up until I said I want to check in like I was bothering her. Other than that it was a pleasant experience

I have stayed here several times. Enjoyable each time. The king suite is spacious and comfortable. The staff is very nice. My only negative comment is the breakfast. There is no protein. No eggs or breakfast meat. Only cereal, fruit, yougurt and waffles.

Cleaner and better than expected
Hotel was better than I expected. I feel like a lot of choice hotels have went down over the years. The room was clean and comfortable. Most of the staff was friendly. My only complaint was breakfast was only waffles, cereal and yogurt but still better then nothing.

Yearly shopping trip
Great place to stay. Fast check-in and check-out. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Stay here every year for our Black Friday shopping trip. The only disappointment is the breakfast. Very limited choices now than pre-pandemic (cereal, yogurt and waffles).
