Bait and switch

Pros: Location and condition of hotel.
Cons: Courtesy of staff.
Location: Near dining, movie theaters, golf, Twelves Oaks mall
Was promised free wifi (who still charges for wifi?) free hors d'oeuvres and drinks, and free continental breakfast. Desk staff told my wife and I we were not entitled to these even though they were included in the itinerary I received from Expedia, specifically because we paid a discounted rate by booking with Expedia. They would not honor the itinerary even though I had the emailed confirmation to show them. Of course I couldn't print it for them at during my stay without paying $6.99 to access the internet.

The WORST check in EVER!!

Our check in was very difficult...I had booked & paid for 2 rooms and the clerk didn't recognize that each room was under a different name...albeit was spelled out on my confirmation sheet...they thought I only had 1 room...after 1.5 hours of telling me that it was a 3rd party booking error and it I wanted a 2nd room, it was going to cost me another $110....I said I don't think so. When they finally got ahold of hotels.com, they confirmed there where 2 rooms...just under different names!!
