We arrived early and they allowed us to check in slightly earlier than the posted check in time. Very nice and helpful staff.

Pros: Breakfast included. Short drive to restaurants and shopping centers.
Location: Close to Twin Lakes Crossing, Oakland University, Target and places to eat (10 min drive).
One night stay, hotel was clean, front desk staff was helpful.

Filled the bill quite nicely.

Pros: (in no particular order) Pool-Spa, True breakfast, comfortable bed, spacious, quiet room, efficient elevators, exceptional staff, nice lobby.
Cons: Demarcation between lobby and eating area/bar could be improved. My room let in a lot of light around the door--hard to get the room really dark.
In the area for a family function and stayed two days. The hotel was well located, comfortable, had easy access, good amenities, reasonable rates, especially given the included breakfast that actually included real food. And the staff were uniformly pleasant and helpful. I would recommend this chain to anyone.

Close to the Palace! Very Convenient.

Staff was sharp and friendly. Facilities were spotless and the decor and amenities were up to date and stylish.

Great location if going to the Palace!

Location: Only 1 mile to the Palace and Ciccarelli's Sports Bar.
Nice, clean hotel with decent free breakfast. Bed was comfortable.

Understaffed facility all around bar and breakfast

Pros: Clean room
Cons: Bar person or waiter at bar . Stood around so long shuttle arrived for pic up no reg coffee available
Location: Not much but culvers
The room was updated and very clean doors loud when closing no matter how quiet you shut them very thin walls can hear conversation in next room

Check-in was quick and the clerk was friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was tasty. Thanks for a great nights rest.

Very nice hotel

Very nice, comfortable, clean room. Comfortable bed. After I checked out, I realized I had left a ring in the room. I called the front desk and talked to Stephanie and she said she would go look for it. About 15 minutes later, she called me and said she had found my ring and that she had been down on the floor looking for it and even looked under the bed and then she finally found it. She went above and beyond the call of duty and said she would mail my ring to me. I appreciated that.
