We booked this at the very last minute when we arrived at the hotel we had reserved and their pool was out of order. We arrived ten minutes later and they had a room ready to go. Loved the sofa area in the room. And the pool/hot tub was great. Breakfast was the best hotel breakfast we'd had in a while and the staff was super friendly. There's not a lot to do in the immediate vicinity but for our purposes it was great. Only complaint was that there wasn't a lot of TV channels (shrug) and we had to hunt for the hair dryer (which we did eventually find).

It was very noisy during our stay. Very loud banging noises from the floor above all during the night. Inconveniently, a construction crew had to make repairs in my room during my remote work hours. The pool was unavailable for a couple of days. The conference room was unavailable. Nice staff, but was disturbed twice despite our "do not disturb" sign on the door.

The hotel was in a convenient location. Front desk associates were very helpful. What I didn't like was parents had no control over there kids. Running back and forth to the pool/excersize room without any supervision. Too many kids in the hot tub, no room for adults.

Looked great - Not the best stay
Upon arrival, the staff greeted us & handled check in efficiently. Immediately we smelled marijuana in the elevator and hallway. The room was clean and well stocked with basics. The pool and hot tub were very cloudy but worked properly. Due to the crowd there were no available towels. Unfortunately there was a very loud wedding party in the surrounding rooms which left trash in hallways and even a hole in the wall. We did not sleep well due to this party continuing until 2:30am when security finally addressed the problem. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Muffins and bagels were stale with few other options. There was no hot water for tea. It appeared the staff was not equipped to handle the large volume of guests, but they were trying their best.

We were on the updated third floor. King bed and convertible sofa. The sofa was quite comfortable. Very clean. Breakfast included both hot and cold items. Staff quite friendly.

I liked that they had a decent breakfast. Nothing fancy, but more than a grab and go sandwich. I didnt like the outside. Theres construction going on so there is unavoidable construction mayerial. I also thought a bench would be nice to sit at domewhere on tve property. Maybe thats in the works for the future after the renovation is comleyed.
