Staybridge Suites was an awesome experience all around. It was affordable, immaculate, well appointed, had excellent amenities, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. It definitely did not seem like the kind of hotel that allows dogs. No off-odors, dirt, hair, or any trace of it being pet-friendly. My kids especially loved the breakfast buffet, which had new items daily. We loved the miso soup. I was so appreciative of the free laundry room on site. The pool was clean, the perfect temperature, and towels were provided. I cannot say enough about what a great experience my family had staying here.

Very nice hotel, great location. However,noise from other guest rooms and hallway was VERY noticeable.

Room was clean and really nice. Disappointed in the breakfast, sausage looked boiled or something, not done, fake eggs...yuck. Besides that the overnight for business, this was fine.

Would not stay again

1) Only "light touch" housekeeping most days. Does not include wiping the toilet. No housekeeping at all on Sunday. 2) Only one full cleaning after 7 days. 3) Wifi was reliable at the desk but spotty at the bed. My room was in the middle of the east wing. 4) The TV starts on the Weather Channel BUT it then takes another 10 seconds for the tuner to boot up. Every. Single. Time. So you have to wait to change the channel. And the first channel change often failed booting you back to the Weather Channel. Very frustrating. 5) Flattest pillows imaginable. No comforter, just sheets and a threadbare blanket. 6) There is basically NO CHANGE in the breakfast menu, only the meat changes and they are all salty. Terrible coffee. 7) Front desk workers were a mixed bag. One was pleasant and helpful but the rest just treated you as another annoying guest. I had one request that they said they would follow up on but they never did and apparently left no notes for anyone else to do so either. No apologies for their oversight, just the "annoyed" look. 8) Housekeeping needs to learn how to put plastic bags in the trash cans. Oftentimes they would pull the bag over the trash making it into a "drum" so anything I threw "into" the trash simply bounced off and onto the floor. Of course they wouldn't pick up the trash unless it was balanced on top of the trash can. 9) I left dirty dishes in the sink and housekeeping never cleaned them until the one full housekeeping day.

We are an extended stay hotel which offers 1 full cleaning of the guest room each week. The remaining days (excluding Sunday) we make the bed, empty trash, and change towels. If guests find they need additional service, they may request it as needed.
