lovely experience

Cons: perhaps more attention to detail in the pool shower areas.
Location: very easy to get to, close to shopping and great restaurants.
We were welcomed warmly each time by staff (especially Marty) Rooms clean and housekeeping responsive and polite. Pool is perfect temperature and the hot tub dreamy...... The restaurant has a great bar and food and the fireplace adds to the cozy atmosphere..

Amazing hotel with shopping mall across the street

Overall experience at this hotel was absolutely wonderful, the only thing that they didn't do was inform us that using valet would be $25 a day, but they did take off the first night valet charge since we didn't really use it. There is also guest parking for those who choose not to use valet. Staff were professional and friendly and made our stay at The Henry just perfect.

What a magical place

Location: There's the ford village and museum nearby as well as a mall.
Truly a gem. I came in for a business trip and I must say the lobby, was like stepping into another dimension. Check in was quick & I was given a double room. I called Matt at the front desk and he got me sorted with a king bed and moved me right away. What service! The rooms are very well kept & clean. In room dining are very prompt as are housekeeping. My stay was truly wonderful

Cons: perhaps housekeeping could ensure that things such as tissues and coffee replenished . Beyond that small detail ....nothing.
wonderful experience, staff were friendly and attentive, pool and hot tub beautiful temperature, and the food at the restaurant delicious. Would definitely recommend!

Staff very friendly and personable. While we were visiting there were two wedding parties and we were never bothered by noise or crowding. Beautiful hotel. Breakfast buffet too expensive for what is offered. Room price was great!
