The aesthetics of this property are magnificent. This is our third visit and we enjoy it every time. Our only mild complaint was a lack of water pressure in our shower. That was not the case on our previous visits. I would recommend this property to all and encourage taking the time to read about the philanthropic efforts of the Pulte foundation.

My husband and I love staying at St John’s Inn. Service is top notch. They stay in touch throughout your stay. Hotel is very clean. Restaurant is excellent.

The only reason i was disappointed in this property is because the pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance.

I am sorry our pool was closed during the dates of your stay. We unfortunately had a leak that needed immediate attention, so we had to take the pool out of commission. Absolutely beautiful room. Everything was extremely clean. We had dinner at the Wine Gratto and that was great too. Very friendly staff and I would highly recommend.

Beautiful elegant facility, very friendly staff. What was a bit disappointing was that I was there to surprise my husband for Valentine's Day. With his job that takes a toll on him what he always looks forward to is relaxing in a hot tub. I did do my research to make sure this was an option for us. Unfortunately the day before I was notified that the pool was closed due to repairs. Of course I didn't realize that this meant the hot tub was also not available, but by this time anyway it was too late to make other accommodations. I totally understand things happen which can be out of your control. I would have thought with the inconvenience and knowing I was there for a special occasion we would have been offered a glass of champagne (even if not accepted), it just would have been a nice touch. Overall a very nice stay, just food for thought for the next time when guests arrive and there is an unexpected circumstance. Thanks for listening. Have a great week!

The Room Was very comfortable me and my Wife enjoyed our stay at the Hotel. The only downsides to the room would have to be the lack of an Microwave and an slightly Bigger fridge. We had went to dinner first and had some leftovers for later which the fridge didn't have enough space for with the drinks in it, and no microwave meant that we couldn't heat the food up in the room.

Wonderful, clean hotel. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The property and dining options were excellent! Unfortunately the pool and hot tub were closed for repairs, so we’ll have to come back again to enjoy them. The only other small issue was that our room was very warm and we couldn’t get it cooler.

It is unique. Very beautiful. Lovely room. Very quiet. Near other places. The Wine Grotto was amazing. All staff was courteous and friendly. Family enjoyed Sunday brunch. Pool was different and lovely. Elevators were fast. Price was good.
