Not bad

Well the ac unit sounded like it had a bug ( literally ) so we called down to the front desk and they moved us rooms which I was happy with. The hotel just needs updates..

It's a little dated.. But very clean and the staff is amazing! Took the kids and they had a great time swimming! Will be back soon!

Pool and hot tub were nice but bathroom had various hairs that were gross. Beds were sleep number with non-working controllers. Phones didn't work

Good location but not impressed.

I like the location of the Kingsley Inn, however, it is an older hotel and needs to be updated. We had a view of a dead tree and the parking lot.

Management needs to think about actions

Terrible experience with mistreatment of my son. This started with a guest that falsely accused our boys of stealing 2 pops. The management would not allow my son to call my husband and myself in my room and called the police. Then the police threaten my son and his 2 friends of arrest for the theft of the pops. The police also would not let my son call or to come to the lobby will they interigated them. Finally, allowed him to come up to our room. In the end it was determined this was all false.

Was not a good stay. There was a Basset Hound rescue staying at the hotel. Dogs are barking at 7am waking us up way too early. Guest in next room were very loud early in the morning.

overall, it was good. but when i book the room it said through hotels, it said free breakfast but when i got there they said no free breakfast. The mattress was not comfy.

Horrible service were not able to claim hotels.com reservation and though it was prepaid reservation they refused to accept the card for deposit I was force to have employee tear down early at the art fair that I paid 295.00 for and leave prior to show ending. Staff was not accommodating at all. I book around 480 nights a year and will not book here again.
