I paid for my stay at the Westin in Southfield, MI my reservations was for 02-17-2017 to 02-18-2017. I paid for the room on line and when I tried to check in they told me I needed to have an extra $60.00 on my credit card for the incidentals. I didn't have that much on my card but had cash and they wouldn't take the cash. I feel this information should have been included online so I would have taken care of that before I got there. It was embarrassing and I overheard other customers complain about not being aware of the charge.
While there we were awaken at 9:35 am Saturday because someone pulled the fire alarm. Once we gathered ourselves and went down 5 flights of stairs we were then told it was a false alarm.
