Cons: The room key should be better quality. The magnetic strip doesn't consistently work.
The room was clean. Staff was friendly, and I was able to get good parking without using valet.

Nice hotel close to highway

Pros: Stellar accommodations, large rooms.
Location: The view out the front of the hotel is the highway and Lawrence Technological University right across the highway.
We stayed at the Westin for one night on a Friday afternoon to a Saturday morning. Despite the hustle and bustle of what appeared to be at least two weddings going on in the hotel that night, we were able to check in quickly and were happy with the hotels appearance and accommodations. Our room was big, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice and big. My only complaint is that Housekeeping was knocking on our door repeatedly around 9:00 AM on Saturday which seemed a bit much to me considering it was a weekend!

Good location. Easy to get on and off highway.

Room was dirty. Opened up the pull out bed and it had been slept in. Still had the dirty sheets on it.

No free Wifi?

For the amount of money I spent on my room for one night at least they should have given free wifi. Ridiculously over crowded pool. Children running around all hours of the night. It was a terrible stay, I obviously will look elsewhere next time.

great hotel if your going to southfield,mi

Pros: everything.......need I say more
Cons: time to take it to the next level and turn it into a 5 star hotel
Location: access to freeways and shopping center....
clearly this is one of the better hotels go to hands down in the area....I would say more but I think my statement speaks volume

Great Hotel...2 Thumbs up! :-)

Pros: I loved the disposition of each staff member...Warm and Inviting, plus the hotel location is perfect. Workout gym & indoor pool...2 thumbs up!
Cons: Upgrades to the room's Carpets, Furniture and paint in restroom along with restroom fixtures. This will give the hotel a 5 star feel.
I had a good and peaceful experience. I enjoyed the restaurant and Starbucks inside this hotel...very convenient.

Short but great trip

Pros: Staff, bed, cleanliness
Cons: Breakfast buffet
Location: Really close to major highways, didn't do much in the area. When I was driving to put gas in the car, Southfield looked ok
Short but great stay. Had some things delivered, staff were awesome. Only critique for me; wasnt impressed with the breakfast buffet.
