The pictures when I booked the room had shown a living area. When I got here, it was just a bed. No couches or living space as the pictures advertised. Very inconvenient and not happy with my stay, considering I spent extra money thinking I’d have a living space/couch area. You need to update your photos of rooms.

My family and I recently stayed at your hotel for five nights, and while we enjoyed our overall experience, we were disappointed with the cleaning service. On one occasion, they only provided one roll of toilet paper and emptied the trash without making the beds or replenishing body wash. As regular guests who consider your hotel our home away from home, we hope this issue can be addressed to maintain the high standard of service we've come to expect from the Westin.

Due to the fact Expedia is a third party company, I had to find a room some where else because the hotel doesn’t except all forms of debit cards. I was lucky to find a room at short notice. Along with all the shooting for the holiday. It was an inconvenience and embarrassment to have to go through that experience.
