Losing ground

I stay at the Westin for 2-3 weeks total each year. They have some amazing staff who are courteous and attentive. I'm not a high maintenance traveler so I rarely even register small items along the way. I will say my last stay was disappointing and reminded me of some smaller items in past stays that seem to add up. I am an early riser and 50% of my stays at the Westin there is limited hot water in the morning. Very typically as well the temperature in the room never gets cool enough as the air condition always seems to be half working. Ordering room service is always interesting because the phones are ancient and only sometimes direct to the correct place. I do appreciate the people, some have been there for years and its always good to see familiar faces when traveling on business. I even left a phone in an UBER once and a woman at the front desk helped me track down the driver and I was able to get it back. Great people but the hotel needs some TLC.

Nice hotel

So when a hotel tells me that check in is at 3pm and I arrive at 5pm to find there are no rooms ready, don't expect me to explain my discuss. Although my experience here started of roughly the staff did an excellent job taking care of the inconvenience and compensating me for it.

Didn't get my room!!

Reserved an EXECUTIVE room with king bed... Got there and all they had were regular 2 double bed rooms. Whats the purpose of reservations if you don't have the room available that is reserved?? NOT GOOD BUSINESS!! I was given a handicap accessible room where the shower leaked all over the barhroom!!

Stayed here on Labor Day

The place was empty but the service was not diminished. Full service restaurant and bar were open. Steak was excellent as were the drinks. Bartender is a pro. Staff is friendly and attentive. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. The location is soso unless you are there visiting an office park.

Easy check in and check out - Pokemon Gym In lobby - kids enjoyed 👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿ice machine non existent - bummer, but over all nice.

WOW

Pros: The staff
Cons: housekeeping
Location: everything was wonderful nearby
The room was dirty and the ceiling was crack and a lot of moisture in the ceiling. The towels had makeup on it when I we first got to the hotel but did not see it until next day. Just disappointing!

Super Clean

Pros: Superb cleanliness, quietness, professional staff, and safety.
Cons: Have carts readily available by elevators or front desk for guests to put luggage/bags on! Inform guests about $60 deposit & elevator key-card entry.
At first I was hesitant because of the price. Other neighboring hotels were much cheaper but I decided to go with The Westin because I wanted guaranteed safety & cleanliness--and I made the right decision! For the hotel's expensive price compared to other neighboring hotels I think it is definitely worth your money. My room was SUPER SUPER CLEAN & NEAT, VERY quiet, and I felt SAFE and secured. Even while my room faced the highway I was 8 floors up and my room at night was still very quiet! My room was also close to the elevator and I was worried about noise but fortunately all was still quiet and peaceful. Everything was new and updated and I love the nice full bathroom which many hotels don't have anymore. The staff was nice and very professional, I just wish that they would've informed me about the $60 deposit if you pre-pay online and also about the elevator--(you have to insert your key card in order to get to your floor). The first 3 floors are all for parking (ramps). I also like that the check-out is pretty late at Noon which gives me more time to sleep and gather my things. I would definitely stay at this hotel again because it's super clean, safe, and quiet which are my 3 main concerns. Thanks Westin Hotel.

Nice hotel

Lots of places to get something to eat close by. The staff was very nice and the room was clean. We did not worry about our safety and would stay again.

The lobby was great...nice decor and design. The restaurant on the first floor was also nice. Their website said the gym was 24/7 but was closed at 11p. Getting to the gym itself was a bit of a hassle. The signs led you to believe it was on the 5th floor but it really isn't. You had to walk to the end of the 5th floor corridor, down 2 flights of stairs and into the back end of the 3rd floor. Upon entering, you hit the pool area first with water all over the floor which made walking by to get to gym is harzardous. This particular Westin doesn't quite live up to my other Westin experiences.

Comfortable, Clean & Accommodating

Comfortable and accommodating. Room, pool and hot tub were clean. Friendly and professional staff. I needed a toiletry item and it was provided upon request at the main desk. FYI; Starbucks located in the hotel is closed on the week-ends.
