Besides of the false alarm of Fire Alarm, It was a great experience. The staff is extremely professional.

Might suit some, but not me.

This is one of the hotels who labels themselves "classy" because they've gone out of their way to make every bit of your experience about transferring money from your wallet to theirs: Valet parking, Internet, Water, Breakfast, etc. I thought those attitudes would be long gone, but apparently not! In any event, the hotel was very clean and had a nice bathroom. Half the rooms face the highway, and are very noisy. I had a tough time sleeping.

The fire alarm was horrible and the test was even worse due to timing. And the staff was RUDE in the morning shift.

Celebrating our 38th wedding anniversary!

Pros: All phases of the hotel, were very impressive and exciting. The location, restaurants, service people and the rooms were perfect!
Cons: Our stay was paid for by our children. Who blessed us with a debit card, covering the costs of the entire trip.Upon our arrival, we were asked for a credit card to cover the hotel phone, movies etc., for the stay. Because if this, we were delayed 2-hours from being able to check in. Which was extremely annoying and we totally disagree with the hotel's policy on that process! We feel that a simple cash deposit should be allowed in that situation.
Location: Amazing location, that had great access to amazing shopping, eating and cultural events close by!

Looking for a return visit

Location: it's mixed residential and business
Filled with amenities, bed comfortable and luxurious. Support staff, house cleaning etc just couldn't have been nicer. Bar food excellent.

Nice place to stay !

Cons: options for local dining or delivery vs just the hotel restaurant that wouldn't support a child's palate.
The room was great, the pool was excellent and at only 3' 6" at the max, it was perfect for my 7 year old niece who loved that it was never over her head. I wish the hotel had a more diverse menu for everyone, as it did not have anything available for a child or someone looking for a snack vs a four course meal. The room also doesn't offer any suggestions of where to order from, outside of their restaurant, so we used our "around me" app to find one ourselves. The room itself was great - very clean and the staff was very helpful with questions we had.

Cons: Exercise equipment broken
Location: Nothing in walking distance, so you'll need Uber
Great service, allowed me to check in early after a redeye flight!

Good Hotel

Pros: Staff, ambience
Cons: Parking
The Westin has been around for some time, but still has the feel of a classy place. Biggest complaint is parking, as the structure is a long walk away. Room very comfortable and up-to-date.
