Staff were friendly and professional. Breakfast was great. Hotel was clean and safe. Only issue was seems Marriott forgot or decided not to insulate/sound proof the walls and ceilings as you could hear your neighbors even when they weren’t talking loudly.

Check in was quick and the lady was very friendly. She remembered who I was from my phone call many hours before we even arrived. Room is really nice has everything we need just like at home.

Worn and disappointing
Couldn’t find a luggage cart. Front desk made me walk to the end of the building and when I came back she finally went to another building to find one. Room very worn with sticky floors. Accessible bathroom with hand-held shower head almost too high to reach. Good thing I had a spray bottle of rubbing alcohol to clean the surfaces.

The service was fine but the people that were staying there next to us were creepy. Following us around and staring at us everywhere we went. Also, the room was full of ants, stink bugs and spiders.

Floor was not vacuumed. Couch had crumbs. Looks like a run-down apartment complex when you arrive. Strange clientele.

This property is under remodeling, I selected it for the kitchenette and the pool. The pool was tatted over at the end of June in Michigan. No no no but no disclosure for the remodeling. The room smelled like weed so I spend hours spraying over it since I have asthma. The cleanliness of the other parts of the room poor also. I needed a fresh set of towels and called 3/4 times to get someone to bring me some no one ever did I had to get them myself, since I am disabled and have flares of my illness this was a day I could’ve really used the help but I had to go get the set myself at 5 pm, after being told all day someone was coming. I get every industry has staffing issues but places won’t even remain open if they can service the clients they do have properly. Do not recommend.

Comfortable place to stay
When we arrived it was a pleasant experience, the staff were polite and timely getting us checked in. The hallways to the rooms and the bathroom and entry to our room was dated and the TV was oddly placed but the room was clean and tidy. We enjoyed the nice kitchen in the room. We will stay there again when we are in town.and looking forward to seeing the new updates.

The staff were all very friendly and informative. The property is nice and tucked away from the main road. I booked the room based on past experiences at other locations and was not disappointed. The kitchenette is perfect and the desk was a much-needed work space.

We rented a 2 bedroom suite and the room itself was clean and nice in general. There were quite a few "maintenance issues". We did not contact the front desk to make the repairs as we had a busy schedule so in fairness they didn't get a chance to make the corrections. For example, the towel bar just fell off the wall, two lights in the bedroom didn't work which was quite inconvenient, the door to the main bedroom was improperly fitting and hard to close and the common area halls had a very bad / dirty/ air freshener smell. We also booked it because it said it had a pool. When we arrived the pool was covered with a tarp an we were told that it hasn't been open for a year and wouldn't be open for probably another year. All in all it was a good value but needed better attention to detail and cleanliness in the public areas.

Room wasn't the cleanest, we picked up bandaid wrappings off the floor and had to clean the bathroom sink (looked like someone had just shaved). Location and layout were perfect. Breakfast was great!
