This hotel is so run down and dirty, I had to leave and spend money on a different hotel for the night just to feel safe and clean. Do not stay here! Not at all how it is pictured.

The hotel was listed as a park and fly, but then charged an extra $10 per day for parking. The woman at the front desk acted put out to explain anything to us. We got to the room and the bathroom had hair, lint, and toothpaste gobs all over the floor. Overall, a poor experience.

We want a refund the room was filthy. Reception was not happy that we used Expedia to book room. Wanted to charge us for parking for 5 days when we were staying only 4. We have pictures. Ripped carpet we tripped over at the front door. Very loud heating unit. Dirty hairs found in the shower. Dirty hairs found on floor of the bathroom and the floor around the toilet. Dirty floors under the vanity. Trim not adhered to the wall. Carpet trim coming off the base boards. We checked it room 1100 after 11pm. Had flight early next morning, unable to move room. We would not recommend Wyndham Garden Romulus 9191 Wickham Road. They even wanted us to pay for another room $119 tax = $135.66 for a parking package. Then ask for a refund from Expedia for the room we already had booked.

The staff at the front desk were friendly. The hotel itself was one of the most rundown and worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The shower had previous tenants body hair, the floor was filthy, the toilet had a massive crack in the bowl that was caulked and then taped over. Everything in the lobby and hallways were in shambles. I’d never stay here again. I’d be Leary to stay in a hotel of the same name after that visit.

Badly needs an update especially rooms, Carpet frayed and grubby. Bathtub and shower in poor condition. 5,6 years ago was a good place to stay. Would not stay again.

The staff was rude and not professional. The rooms did not look like the pictures online they were dirty, nasty and hair cockroaches and the room was freezing cold and no one would do anything about it.

I’m very upset my stay wasn’t what I was expecting my room did not have any heat it was cold. The hot water did not work at all. Couldn’t take a nice relaxing bath/shower. I made a complaint to the front desk and did not receive any feedback. I will be reporting to corporate for a full refund.

The staff at night were rude and awful! We had to have maintenence in our room nightly to fix the TV And then the Shower. The showers don't work unless you find the correct spot to hit it just right as they are too cheap to fix them. Construction going on all over the building. And then they lied to expedia saying we never once complained. And you can't complain to a manager you have to email them which I did twice and have been ignored!! This is awful stay away!!! Run away!! Don't stay here!

The sound of people partying in their vehicles out in the parking lot and airplanes flying overhead and parking lot lights that shine bright through your window with no ability to black out blinds. You basically lie there in a noisy, well lit room trying to sleep. Highly do not recommend.
