Run down hotel that does not have a waterpark!

The front desk staff was so rude-they even said, "Expedia is crap". It only includes 4 wristbands at most. Most things in waterpark are closed. The staff are so unprofessional! Shower had a great deal of hair in it when we checked in. Lifeguards were overly controlling & didn't allow anyone to do anything.

Dear Gmell, There are problems sometimes when using third party websites for booking. We offer room only rates and package rates as well. Everyone booking third party websites needs to pay attention to the reservation details. Yes, we offer 4 wristbands per room, I'm sorry you are not happy with this policy. I do apologize for the bathroom cleanliness, that is unacceptable. In regards to the lifeguards, I can't say for sure what happened in your situation, but it is their job to ensure guests' safety. We have to weigh people's safety and encouraging an environment that promotes FUN for all. I'm sorry if you feel we prohibited any fun at the water park that day.

Bad from A to Z. Room next door was loud all night with cursing bqhy and they claimed there were no other room s to move to.

Well the hotel itself is ok. The rooms were a decent size and liked the fact that we got connecting rooms with my other family. The downside was the internet was horrible. My brother in law in taking some online courses and had a paper due and he couldn't get it done because we couldn't connect to the wifi. Our cable tv would go in and out the whole time while trying to watch it every time. Needless to say we will not be staying ever again.

I'm sorry to hear about your issues. I'm just curious to know if you contacted anyone during your stay. The wifi may have just been a router that needed to be reset and the TV should / could have been resolved with a new cable perhaps. We understand these are two important items to have working, and I believe it not normally an issue for us. Thank you for letting us know!

When I arrived I wasn't sure the hotel was open, the parking lot is full of holes and parts of the building had been torn off. The hot water in the bathroom made a loud humming noise when on, I'm sure I wore the woke wing with my 5am shower. The staff was cheery enough, the room was in OK condition, it was not too clean. The facility has all the curb appeal of an abandoned grade school.

Thank you Roland for the feedback. The connecting bridge did get torn down and there are renovations going on outside to improve the property. We will research the humming noise and get that resolved as well so future guests are not inconvenienced.

Not worth the money . We were charged just to enter the water slide pool area even though only our children were using it. Water was cold . Very minimal renovations done to hotel.

Thank you for the review. I feel the need to specify that probably most venues geared for kids do involve the parents purchasing a ticket / wristband / voucher / admission fee etc. We do have some work left to do on the exterior of the building, but all guest rooms have been completed and are in excellent condition.

Inexpensive stay

Stay was short, but fine. Bathroom could be a bit cleaner...black grout where tile meets tub, floor tile grout not clean either. Water stains on drapes. For a recently renovated property, the basics need some work.

not great for couples without kids.

the rooms were ok. got a king. it was small. but room was clean and comfortable. tried to get into pool area. wasnt informed at check in that we had to play extra for this. there was kids running up and down halls and screaming until 11 pm. dont eat the breakfast buffett. it was cold and nasty. w left our uneaten plates thre. as did alot of other guests. so was disapointed in that also.

We offer room only rates and package rates on days the water park is open. Previous guest feedback has shown us that not everyone will use the water park and we do not want to charge extra for access if it's not necessary. Our breakfast buffet is very popular with our guests, so I am sorry to hear you were not happy with that portion of your stay. I will find out what happened that day and ensure future guests do not have the same experience. Thank you again!
