Sleep with bugs

You will know the story from the title of my review, yes bugs in the bed and I canceled next day. So know way I will ever go back there, and do my recommendation to others find other hotel, The only good thing is the hotel staff they were friendly and really nice, but that will not change the hotel was bad and I cleaned / none hygienic

avoid if you can

Had to stay here for a hockey tournament. I would recommend avoiding it if you can. Hotel is in bad shape and the rooms and public spaces are not clean. The water park is OK for younger kids but crazy expensive unless you get a package that includes it.

Family fun but could of been better

Room was great. Hot tub was out of use. The pool water was cool. The kiddie pool area was cold. The other hot tub didn't have working jets and was cold. Check in ppl were great but the ppl at night were not so great. The game room was out of tickets in half the games. Some of the games were out of order and we got a toy stuck in crain game and staff said they would bring it to our room. It was well over 24hrs and never got our toy and it was still in the game. Room was clean and great size.

Pros: Clean, modern rooms.
Cons: nothing that I noticed
Location: good location near alternative eating spots and shopping
Good location. Near restaurants if don't like to eat in hotel location.

The bed and room service was exceptional. However, the wifi kept cutting out and I needed to reboot my computer several times. The service at breakfast was deplorable. I was there with a group and many of us had to wait for service. My table waited for 45 minutes before being served breakfast which was floating in a sea of butter. The coffee was cold. The server didn't replenish the water or the coffee. A person at our table went to the service area and got the coffee for us. She also poured coffee at other tables. Finally, when paper from a sugar packet was found at the bottom of one of our coffee cups, the server laughed it off and said, "You don't want to eat your coffee?" She seemed confused that we took offense to that comment. In all, it took 90 minutes from the time I sat down until the time I got my check - for the entree called "express breakfast."
