Run down hotel that does not have a waterpark!

The front desk staff was so rude-they even said, "Expedia is crap". It only includes 4 wristbands at most. Most things in waterpark are closed. The staff are so unprofessional! Shower had a great deal of hair in it when we checked in. Lifeguards were overly controlling & didn't allow anyone to do anything.

Dear Gmell, There are problems sometimes when using third party websites for booking. We offer room only rates and package rates as well. Everyone booking third party websites needs to pay attention to the reservation details. Yes, we offer 4 wristbands per room, I'm sorry you are not happy with this policy. I do apologize for the bathroom cleanliness, that is unacceptable. In regards to the lifeguards, I can't say for sure what happened in your situation, but it is their job to ensure guests' safety. We have to weigh people's safety and encouraging an environment that promotes FUN for all. I'm sorry if you feel we prohibited any fun at the water park that day.

Houskeeping issues

Towels were a very big issue. Pool area was always out of towels so we had to use towel from the rooms. When it was time to check out no towels were available for over and hour!!!

Disappointed....

Disappointing. The water park was overrun with unsupervised children. The saunas are not working. The whirlpools were not working either. The restaurant food was cold. Rooms were large and beds comfortable. Buffet breakfast was good.

Hello Traveler, Thank you for the feedback. I'm sorry to hear you experienced some issues during your stay. Our policy for the water park is that if anyone is under 18, they are required to have an adult for supervisory purposes with them, in order to prevent the situation you experienced.

3 night stay

Well the hotel itself is ok. The rooms were a decent size and liked the fact that we got connecting rooms with my other family. The downside was the internet was horrible. My brother in law in taking some online courses and had a paper due and he couldn't get it done because we couldn't connect to the wifi. Our cable tv would go in and out the whole time while trying to watch it every time. Needless to say we will not be staying ever again.

I'm sorry to hear about your issues. I'm just curious to know if you contacted anyone during your stay. The wifi may have just been a router that needed to be reset and the TV should / could have been resolved with a new cable perhaps. We understand these are two important items to have working, and I believe it not normally an issue for us. Thank you for letting us know!

We checked in at 3:15 and had a vacuum left in our room and an unmade bed. We assumed it just wasn't ready yet, so we left. When we returned at 10 that night, it was still the same way. The next day we were gone until 4 and the vacuum was gone, but our room was not clean (trash not taken out, unmade beds, and no clean towels). We told the front desk. We then were out of the room until midnight, still nothing had been done. We reported it to the front desk and they had a security guard bring us towels, but nothing was ever done about the trash. We expected better service for the price we paid for this room.

Bathroom

Pros: Location
Cons: flushing of the toilet and correcting the basin hot and cold water taps.
Location: Shopping and eateries
The toilet was difficult to flush and the wash basin hot and cold water taps were reversed.
