Hot tub does not work. Luke warm water. Slide shut down and filthy. Kiddy umbrella sprinkler not working. Disappointed!! Tripped on metal frame in hot tub that floated up and I didn’t realize it! Very dangerous.

A place to sleep.
Arrived about 7pm to check in and saw the sign saying 'pool area closed' (said a pipe was broke?), hot tub was main reason I chose to stay here. Clerk asked to confirm my room type but they had me in a accessible room which i didn’t request but said it would be fine (didn't like the shower but it was just a sleep/shower and go so whatever). When I got to the room it was chilly, so I went to the thermostat which read 64°and OFF. I could not figure out how to adjust it so I called the front desk and she had no idea either so she had me come back to the desk for an elecric heater. Overall on the rundown side but worked for a place to sleep and be back on the road again in the morning.

First off they didn't have my reservation and said it would take awhile to get it figure out .Didn't get the type of room that I reserve. the room I reserve for my mother that is 93 years old and I asked for a Handicap room for her and didn't get it and the room they gave us was on the second floor they had bugs all around in the halls and then on the second night we went for dinner and when we got back the elevator wasn't working and the room they gave my mother on the first floor the door was broke and the room had box elder bug all over in it. And then I found out that you charge us more then the room would of costed if we would of booked with the hotel directly from them so I will not use Expedia any more and tell everyone I know to stay away for using them.

I booked through Expedia and chose to pay at the property. When we had a last minute change of plans the front desk staff, Ashley, helped me cancel the remainder of my booking and refunded me in full for the days we were not staying. The only thing I could say is that we were in the building with the pool and it has a little bit of a smell, if that bothers you then I recommend asking for a room in the main building that the office is located in.

The door was almost impossible to unlock. When we mentioned it to the front desk, they were well aware of it, had tried to fix it but were unsuccessful. Why rent a room you have to struggle to get into?

The elevator was not working and we had to carry our luggage up and down the stairs. We had difficulty shutting our door, and ended up accidentally left it open for several hours.

The hotel is older but it looks like it’s been remodeled a number of years ago. All the basic necessities were there except there was no hair dryer in the room. The front office staff was professional and personable. They had done an excellent job of decorating the front desk area. We’d probably inquire about availability, if we planned to stay in that area again

The doors in building 2 are extremely hard to open. I had to call someone to help me out of the building with my suitcase. The handicap button to get to the office is broken. If you are using a wheelchair you would not have access to the building.

Check in wasn't great, told me I couldn't check in because it was only 2pm and check in was 3pm. This went on for a while, I was leaving then she said she'd do ot but room wouldn't be ready. Magically, the keys were sitting on the counter wirh our reservation info. Room coyld have been okay, but one bed full of crumbs, other seemed clean, bathroom floor had urine stain and toilet cover had urine all over it, bedside table was sticky, and fridge wouldn't close. Lady at front desk was nonexistent on 2 occasions to see if we could get a different room. Pool area was disgusting, the photos on the web mist be 15 or more years old. So disappointing, especially for over 200 bucks.

AC went out second night at about 10 pm, woke up and stuff in fridge was warm, but worst of all was the water slide / pool was absolutely disgusting! Was it yellow water or pee? We stayed waaaay away from that thing. One will never know, so disappointing for the kids.
