Hotel close to airport

Pros: Location to Airport
Cons: Provide ice bucket and cups along with coffee pot in the room. Water and snacks available for purchase for late check in customers.
Location: N/A
The hotel is ok if you are there for a night, a place to sleep only. There is no shuttle service on weekends, we had to take a taxi. No bottle water or snacks available, had to go to hotel next door. There were no paper cups or glasses in the room. Bare minimum offered.

Nice Hotel, right by the Airport

Hotel staff is extremely friendly, stayed for 3 days and had to extend by another day and it was a very easy experience. Room is big and clean, only down side of it is that people cook in their rooms and the hall sometimes has a strong food smell. Overall, I would definitely stay there again.

good basic accommodation

decor is a bit tired, but room was clean, reasonably priced. Staff were friendly enough. Must request items such as coffee maker, hair dryer, ironing board. None standard in room.

Terrible smell, poor selection of 'breakfast', was loud and could hear neighbors, had stains on the sheets.

It's Okay

Pros: I did think the rooms were very clean and there were no bed bugs or other bugs anywhere in sight. To us, that is a Big Plus Plus.
Cons: Customer service should be worked on.
Location: This was in Taylor, Michigan. Not many restaurants nearby but just a short drive and you have everything you need.
3.5 This is my first time staying at an Extended Stay hotel and it may have been my last. We had 4 rooms this week so I am doing one big review for all. Don't get me wrong, the rooms were okay for the price but there were several other things that I was not very happy about. Part of that may have just been this location. When I first checked in, I was given a room that I didn't book. I reserved a king room and they gave me a queen. When I asked, they said that the manager said that I had to deal with what room they gave me because they didn't have any king rooms available and just because I reserved one didn't mean I was guaranteed one. Front staff were very friendly except when I went to get my own kitchen supplies from the front desk. The manager was a bit rude but then the next time I saw her she was nice. If you needed fresh towels you had to bring your dirty ones to the desk and get new. The continental breakfast shouldn't be called that. They literally have some coffee pots and a few baskets filled with muffins. What really set me off was one night at 2:30am someone walked into my sons room. I asked and was told that it may have been someone who works for them getting dirty sheets/towels from the truckers rooms. Well my son isn't a trucker and you would think they would know what rooms they need to go into.

Bedraggled

Pros: The helpfulness and welcoming demeanor of the staff
Cons: Kitchens need upgrading, so do bathrooms and all carpeting
Staff working here were wonderful people, so I want to be clear about that. However, one of my requests for a wake-up call--the day of my departure--resulted in nothing, no call at all. I'm lucky that I woke up in time to catch my very early plane. The rooms here really need to be updated. I've stayed in Extended Stay hotels with great, updated kitchens and bathrooms. This was not one of them. In addition, although it was a non-smoking room, it smelled like cigarette smoke.
