Nice, quiet hotel with friendly staff. The shuttle driver from the airport was very nice as well.

Convenient to airport

The 24 he shuttle is perfect at this HIE. We requested a handicap accessible room, but it really was not. The shower was a walkin, but there were no grab bars on the wall so nothing to hold on to. The toliet was too low and again no pull bar to grab. The bed was very high and the two guest chairs had no arms, so there was no comfortable place to sit. The standing lamp by the desk had no light bulb. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The hotel is also clean and the staff very friendly. The adjacent restaurant was also convenient for lunch while we were killing some time.

Friendly staff, great lounge/open lobby area, flavored water for all guests upon arrival, connected restaurant/bar. It's a fabulous hotel at competitive price. Room was spacious and clean, bed comfortable. Great pillows.

If you say free breakfast then do it

Check in was easy, room was beautiful and exceptionally clean. Extremely quiet for being next to airport. Only problem we had was when we reserved room we were supposed to have 2 free breakfast. When we went down for. Real fast we were told we would have to go into the restaurant and pay. I went to the desk and informed them of confusion about breakfast and she initially said they were correct about us paying until I said I had my confirmation email that shows free breakfast. Then she says oh there it is in her computer. Gave us 2 cards for free. Real fast and we go to restaurant and find not one person there. No patrons or waitstaff. I ended up in the kitchen where the cook informed me he had no idea where anyone was. Needless to say I returned to desk and told her nobody there and left immediately. Went to restaurant down the street

Broken hairdryer

Pros: Location to airport.
Cons: Better beds and hairdryers.
Hairdryer in room was broken. Called front desk. Was told all hairdryers were locked up by housekeeping. Was let into an empty room. Turned the hair dryer on, it sparked and a puff of smoke came out. Had to catch my flight with wet hair. Not impressed. Also, the bed was terribly uncomfortable.
