It was just your average hotel. Staff was friendly, rooms were clean and comfortable, and it was close to the airport! The check in process was quick and easy. There isn’t anything I would complain about. I booked through Expedia because the hotel had everything I needed, especially an airport shuttle. Plus I didn’t pay an arm and a leg to stay here! I would recommend this to anyone in need of a short hotel stay 😊

Not good

Arrived late in the evening. Check-in was okay but the front desk attendant messed up the data input into the computer three times. Hotel lobby condition was pretty rough. I've stayed at other Comfort Inns before and they were nice. This one is completely different. Door to my room had a serious bind and didn't close well. Toilet didn't flush - lever was broken. Bed was okay for a few hours sleep. Very dated and worn furniture. Advertised as free breakfast. That did not exist. Didn't even have coffee. One employee was there but wasn't doing anything. She brought out a few bagels and a loaf of bread. Said she had no coffee cups for the coffee dispenser. Not even fresh-brewed. She then spent the next half hour on her cell phone doing absolutely nothing. The free shuttle to the airport did not run at the times it was supposed to. I almost called an Uber but it did show up - about 20 minutes late. Probably the worst hotel experience I've ever had.

Would never recommend. This hotel iit was filthy in the breakfast area I was Afraid to eat a ther to be honest

No breakfast ,,, lobby and breakfast bar was a mess really dirty and no food was provided at breakfast

Awful hotel

Avoid this hotel... By far the worst hotel I have ever stayed.. Everything about this hotel was horrible. Hallways were dirty and smelled like weed... looked like the last time the hallway were vacuumed was months ago... when we arrived (FYI hotel management: Dec 31 around 10pm), the receptionist at hotel lobby was on her cell and completely ignored us. We had to ask couple of times if we can check in before she gets off her cell and checked us in...

I tried calling as soon as I arrived at the airport to schedule a shuttle pick-up and did not get an answer. When I did get an answer the staff was extremely rude.

Checking in lady never got off her headset continued to talk on phone stayed 5 nights had to get my room key updated 4 days in a row very annoying

Terrible place to stay

Cheap and cozy

Nice clean and cozy room for the price. The 2nd floor was very dirty looking. The floor looked like it hasn't been vacuumed in a few weeks. Garbage was overflowing by the vending machine area and also the garbage outside in front of the main entrance was overflowing. Overall a nice hotel stay other than they need more housekeeping employees.

Good If You're Flying Out

Location: You stay here to wait to get on or off your plane. If you care about things to do nearby, you wouldn't stay here.
Very reasonably priced and right on the airport grounds, which means you can return your rental the night before and take their shuttle over in the morning. Very nice staff, and clean, no-frills rooms. The television cable connection gets few channels and provides a lousy picture. Worst of all, both of the computers provided for guests were not working. Thankfully I had printed our boarding passes out at our previous hotel the night before, or it would have been yet another line to stand in at Metro the next morning. In this day and age, that shouldn't happen at a hotel whose stock in trade is to make it easier for you to fly in and fly out.
