Nice hotel near Detroit Metro Airport

Staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the restaurant on site. Despite the snow and howling winds outside, our room was cozy and comfortable.

Absolutely wonderful and very pretty. Food excellent and very quiet. I loved the staff, David was phenomenal at the front desk and check out was quick and smooth. Very beautiful hotel. I love the Radisson!!

Not worth the money

Hotel is much older than the photos The shuttle never showed up at the airport despite several calls to the hotel where they keep confirming he is coming Bottle of water opened and used in the room Same thing for the shampoo and body cream, there were used bottles Overall not worth the money, many hotels around that could be your better option

Early Flight!

Had to stay close to DTW for a 5:30am flight. The Radisson staff is very friendly, from front desk to just passing other staff members in the hallway. Their shuttle dropped us off at a nearby restaurant and offered to pick us up as well! Rooms are modern and very comfy— will def stay here again if needed!

I think the best part of our stay was our experience at Metropolis restaurant. “Tommy” our server, was outstanding! Great personality and pleasant to talk to. Thank you Tommy!

Shuttle Sucks

I've been waiting for a shuttle for 1 hour. yet, it didn't show up till I called. -not like other hotels -

We apologize you were under the impression that our shuttle would be waiting at the airport, our shuttles are on demand once the guest calls the hotel for a pick up, we would than send the shuttle. Beautifully remodeled hotel close to DTW. Staff was great in allowing me to check in at 7am after taking a red eye for no extra charge. Valerie was especially professional and extra nice.
