Filthy

The hotel itself was in bad condition, the carpets were filthy with something that looked like vomit in a few spots and blood in others. The room itself was even worse (after we could finally get in because the key didn't work). The furniture (TV stand, shelf holding fridge) were out at least a couple feet from the wall, sticking out in the walk way. The fridge/freezer was broken and moldy. There were spots on the carpet like those in the hallway. Actual food and drinks spilt on the couch, table and floor (drips running down the furniture that they didn't even attempt to wipe up. Hair in the bed, mold in the bathroom. Light burnt out in the toilet room and from what I could see in the dim overhead light that did work, there was feces on the wall. I would never stay at this hotel again and can't explain how disappointing it was to spend that much money on that kind of room.

Hotel unprepared

After arriving from traveling all day, it would be nice to come to a place where everything is in place. I booked the room for "full kitchen" and dish soap, spoon, blender etc. we're missing. Then we also needs supplies such as soap, paper towels etc and we have to go to the front desk which is very inconvenient especially after long day of traveling. Hotel did nothing for the inconvenience to us. They should have given us discount in our room as a courtesy or something. How can you come back to a hotel who does not take care of you in a situation like this. This kind of stuff what separates a good hotel from don't even bother to come back hotel.

I stayed here for a single night in May 17. I left in rush to catch a flight and forgot a box behind. I came back in August to stay in the hotel and hoping that I would get my box back. And there it was waiting for me! I didn't expect them to hold it for that long.

Phone didn't work at all and tv didn't work right. Liked the sofa and open area around it. Had a little one with us and there was plenty of room for him to play around in. Not that bad but not that great either, especially for the price. Might stay again if the price were better.
