Place showed good in the pictures, but upon arrival the google reviews were not great with stating bed bugs and cockroaches just a couple weeks ago and there were mattresses all over out by the garbage cans on rhe property. Went to the room just to see and the door wouldn’t close without help as it looked like the door and frame was coming off. We didn’t even stay and was informed of no refund. Basically checked in and then checked out all within 15minutes

These hotels always smell like poverty. These people take over them and don't keep them up. They are trash and turn the hotels into trash. I had some items come up missing form my room. If you bring it up to the front desk, they think you are lying, because they think all Americans lie! Never again will I got to Super 8. They used to be nice now they're just TRASH!!!

First the keys didn’t work so we were stuck with all our luggage in the hallway trying to get in. The whole time we were in our room we had to have the bath fan on because there were people smoking in their rooms and it was seeping into ours. We bought a glade plug in to help with the room odor. We had 2 people and were given 1 towel, 2 hand towels and 1 washcloth and we had to request more. The remote wouldn’t work for the tv, I got new batteries from the front and that didn’t help. In a room for 2 we have a folding card table and 1 chair so we both couldnt even sit down to eat our dinner.

Breakfast Restrictions
The overall stay was OK, but I did have issues with the rule about not being able to take your breakfast back to your room. That makes no sense. I was working and unable to eat in the dining area; besides there was a microwave and refrigerator in the rooms. So, I am not sure why you can only eat their breakfast in the dining area. That rule needs to change

This is the most nastiest ,uncleanliness place I’v ever stayed at- The room was a stinch of urine ,moldy , Towels and bed sheets were not clean ,human hairs falling out of them And the receptionist young guy who was at the morning shift, was so rude ,disrespectful and unprofessional.!!! Definitely I wouldn’t recommend at all .

Dump!!
This place is a dump! Windows, sill and track were absolutely filthy! There was a stain on the comforter..only God knows what. Floors were sticky. No hot water from bathroom sink. Shower had some kind of handheld shower head stuck to a handrail, and very low water pressure. I will NEVER stay in this place again!!

There was no light in the entrance to the room. The drapes were closed so with the room dark I had to feel around and finally got the bathroom light on. This could have been dangerous as I had no idea where the furniture was placed. Also, the window drape was hanging off the rod. Our ice bucket had a crack we didn’t see and this morning we were mopping up the water that leaked.

Well the room i reserved wasnt available because nothing worked in it according to front desk, moved me to a double bed room, the comforters were stained and dirty, the coffee pot had no coffee. Just uncomfortable the whole way around. The first time i stayed here i was feasted on by something.

This hotel is in dire need of renovation. It is decades past its prime.and reflects poorly on the Windham name. It has a third world feel as things appear old or worn out and not entirely clean. There are room air conditioners (both broken and new) stored in the dimly lit stairwell. I would not stay here again even at 1/2 the price.

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever seen in my life. Absolutely disgusting. The was really no front lobby. You walk right into a desk which you have to wait forever (at check-in & out!) to even be serviced by somebody. Place was outdated, walls full of holes, signs held by duct tape, rust everywhere. The room was god awful. It reeked like nasty cleaner. Paint chipping off the wall, broken furniture, air conditioner peeling apart, rust all over the lamps. Holes in the only chair. Thankfully I did not sleep here - I used it for a photoshoot. I would absolutely never sleep in such disgusting conditions and would not have booked a shoot here had I known how it actually looked inside. The pictures are a LIE. Do NOT go here.

The lady behind the counter was awesome. The bad part was the room itself. There was no shower head on the shower and the room was cold and took forever to warm up. Also the hot tub looked old and needed to be replaced or upgraded. I won't stay here again.
