Nice for the price

The Wyndham is a little aged, but the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. No coffee cups in our room and only two towels, but we were given whatever we needed by the staff. Not too bad for the price.

Pleasant Overnight at Detroit's Metro Airport

Pros: Great-looking lobby, house computers worked fine, very nice staff.
Cons: It was fine by me.
Location: Some good neighborhood restaurants to the right, about 10 minutes down Wick to Merriman.
Hotel is handsome, and the room was fine. Some noise from the highway and incoming planes, but that's not Wyndham's fault. Complimentary breakfast OK too!

Based on the name "Wyndham" - Plusses: Close to airport, free shuttle to/from (super small though) Minuses: Dated hotel, cobwebs in room, grungy bathroom... last minute booking & only $95. Guess I got what I paid for...

Scary

I made the mistake of not reading the reviews as it was close to midnight and we missed our connecting flight due to weather. When we got to the room, there was a sign on the door that said "for your own protection, please bolt door." The shuttle service was terrible and completely disorganized. If we hadn't gotten there early, would have been late for the flight. There was a stain on the comforter. Tub was dirty. Could not wait to get out.

Pros: Staff was nice
Location: The La Quinta down the street is a lot nicer.
Bad plumbing, broken desk chair. Thermostat was a Nightmear. Needs a total remodel. Will not stay there again

Nasty and dirty!

Lobby was dirty - room was dirty. Breakfast was awful. Would NEVER stay here again.

A lot of noisy guests. Felt like a loud water park

Definitely not going back or repeating the visit. Every major hotel is on the same street, would pick another. Dirt behind furniture, hairs on bathroom wall, bathroom floor. Even though the hotel is a smoke free environment, people smoked there and hotel did nothing to those clients.

Horror stay

Room with Face to indoor Pool Moody Update to 10:00pm very old Hotel no comfort at all Dinner was expensiv not good Quality .......
