ANTS! We woke up to ants all in our clothing, on the carpet, on the bed! Beginning of March and there was an ant problem. We told the person at the desk and they just brushed it off.

Desayuno excelente, muy amables, habitaciones comodas, solo la limpieza de la habitacion fue 4 dias despues y si domos tiempo y aviso, aun asi lo recomiendo.

Nice place and quiet. Only one thing was bad ,the curtains was very dirty from inside between window and curtains ,you touch those curtains you get something white like a paint on your body,so you have to take a shower really quick cause thats something i never seen in my life. In the rest its a nice hotel.

Not so Merry Christmas
I’ve stayed here before and I had always liked it. However this time was very different. We were exhausted and had a lot of unloading to because of Christmas. Check in should have been easy . However it wasn’t. I was overcharged for a reservation I made months in advance. They never corrected their mistake either .. They didn’t give us enough linens so we constantly had to ask for more. On Christmas Day they should have been open at 6 am because it was during the week. We were actually snapped at when we mentioned it was a week day. We were told it was Christmas. Of course we knew it was Christmas. However no one had ever said breakfast hours would be different because it was a Christmas . We are most definitely morning people. All we wanted was coffee ☕️ on Christmas morning . We didn’t deserve to be snapped at because they had never said breakfast would be served later because it was a holiday. We definitely won’t stay here again.

Relocated to nearby hotel & covered all expenses
Initial stay was here but got relocated (due to hockey tournament) to nearby Hilton Garden Inn. This hotel is comparable. Spring Hill Suites covered our dining expenses and other accommodations. HGI had a pool, jacuzzi, weight room, excellent bar, modern dining area, and clean facilities. The room was adequate and spacious. The staff was friendly and personable.

The shower head was really run down, dirty/cruddy. You couldn't keep the shower temp consistent. Glue looking stain as you exit the restroom on carpet. TV placement in weird spot. Can't really see from the beds, but also can't really see from couch. Should have two tv's in room.

The breakfast was amazing! A great selection, including multiple toppings for yogurt and oatmeal. The blueberry compote was excellent. The weekday staff, Aparacida and Linda, were very friendly and cheerful. A great way to start the day!
