“The hotel staff was fabulous. If we needed anything they delivered. We called ahead of time to see if room was first floor and found it was not. I can't climb stairs, because mobility issues. After being told first there were no rooms, they found a room at Beach House, next door. Although rennovations were not complete, it had main things, it was clean and comfortable. It will beautiful .
