“The location was fantastic and the workers were very nice! The room, however, was not very clean at all. There was black stuff on the shower hose, the drain was loaded with hair, and we were only given one normal sized bath towel. We stayed for 3 nights/4 days and we asked for clean towels on the 3rd day but never received them. Our room was poolside, which was cool, but we didn't have enough light in the room when the door curtains were closed. If they were open, we could see everyone at the……
