"Nice room"

"This is an average budget hotel with doors to the rooms facing the parking. We stayed during the middle of the week on the first floor so it was quiet and we had no one above us for the first 2 nights. Unfortunately, rude and noisy travelers were above us on the 3rd night. Our room was average but clean. Needs updating. They no longer have a breakfast room with free continental breakfast but instead we received a $20 breakfast voucher (per room, not per person) for each day we were staying at the hotel, to use at the attached BV Italian Restaurant. Decent meals but the eggs were a bit greasier than I prefer. We also received a handful of coupons for a free appetizer and a free drink at the restaurant during happy hour, but we were never back at the hotel early enough to use them. They also had live music in the evenings outside by the front fountain so we had drinks and dessert out there while watching the entertainment."

"We would stay there again. There is a disconnect between what the AI tells you on the phone to what actually exists. It told us there was coffee in the room and that the breakfast included eggs, sausage and bacon. Neither was correct. The hotel did not disappoint, but the robot messages need to be updated."

"The front desk guy was really nice. The AC was awful. I had to sleep with my travel fan because it was so hot in the room. I stayed in the mountain suit and the room was not the 100% clean. Overall the bed was good and parking and location was good too. "

"Check in process was smooth but not super efficient. After checking in at the 4pm check in time, needed to visit the concierge to obtain the parking pass and wait in another line. The concierge was helpful, and promptly provided the parking pass. I was worried about a time share pitch a I have read in other reviews. This didn’t happen. I wonder if it’s because I checked in with everyone else and priority was to get the lines moving? Unit was dated but clean. Had no issues during our two night stay. It was really nice having your own unit and parking space. Grounds were very clean and maintained. I walked the property to see all the amenities but didn’t partake. Would be a fun place to stay and take advantage of the amenities for a longer stay. Laundry facility was totally free had 10 washers and 10 dryers with detergent/softener and laundry basket provided, excellent for longer stays. Activity room had ping pong, bags, board games, puzzles and mini golf. Short drive to town and trailheads. We spent our time hiking during our stay and it was nice to get back to our own private space to rest. Beds were very firm so depending on your preferences this may be an issue."

"This is an older property but has been very well maintained. It is located in a quiet section of Prescott and the surrounding area is very pretty. We were pleasantly surprised and we would stay here again. There is a restaurant/bar located right across the street as well with great food, beverages and atmosphere. The young lady at the front desk was also very helpful and welcoming."

"The rooms are cleaned daily and are spacious with great beds! The restaurant at the resort is one of our favorites in Sedona, especially, the breakfast. The resort is small, so not overly crowded. The spa is amazing as well! We return to this resort annually. The location is excellent as well! "
