5 star hotel, 2 star service

Pros: clearn 2 times a day
Cons: bad service
Location: not convenient, 50 mins by domestic airplane, 25 mins by speed boat
The hotel is not as good as their description, especially everything need to go with the Butlers, which means what kind of service you can get must deped on the Butler's experience. Our butler is youngish, a couple of times we was told th food we ordered was not available after 20 mins waiting and my 2 years old daughter crying for hunger. The thing made me very angry was that the Butler informed us we must check out 12 pm and depature island at 6:15 pm on my leaving day. I asked whethe we could expend half day or move to any available room for my daughter's noon sleeping, and I was told no room is available and our room was ordered by other guest. After discussion with the manager, our room finally kept to 5 pm, so my question is who was lier ? The overall feeling for this hotel is not comfortable, but if you are lucky enough to have experienced butler, maybe your feeling much more better.

Pros: All the facilities - our favourite being the design and location of the Sunset Bar and Rest.
Location: We were playing football with the staff at a brand new course, with artificial grass - great fun and very good excersise! To be recommended!
This is our 5th visit to the fantastic islands of the Maldives. We are already looking forward to the 6th. I would really like to highlight the friendliness and the service level of all the different staff members of this resort - the best we have experienced at the Maldives ever! It is quite obvious that the staff is trained to focus on the customers/guests at all times and their well-being! I got a bacteria-inflamation in my throat at the plane to the Maldives. The doctor at the resort was excellent, caring and service-minded and cured the disease. Impressing to experience the way we were treated, when playing football and football-matches at the new football Pitch, with the staff- great fun and excersise!

ok.. positivesssss are clean ,nice enviroment ,good coral for snorkel negativess are : far need internal trip from male , overpriced activities , cloudy water in the over water villa areas all the time due to sands close to the surface of the sea near the villas draging that dust to beach by sea waves
