Near soccer fields in Walnut CA. Handy location.

We were pleased with this facility. Our room was in a quiet area. We had a very comfortable bed and plenty of space in the room to spread out in. Everything was clean to my satisfaction and I am very fussy. The breakfast was great. We also appreciated the friendly staff and front desk professionalism. We would go back there any time. Also -- the price was right!

Construction

They had construction going on at 758am The buffet for morning should have some meat not just eggs and waffles. They did not clean our room one day Towels were always and issue

Not helpful or considerate

We flew to california for the death of my brother and my flight was delayed and asked if we can cancel of that day. The manager said he would still have to charge us for one night. I understand that sometimes that has to happen but under different circumstances they would be able to work with me at least give me some kind of a discount. So I will never stay there again when I visit my family

Nice and quiet location

Our room was clean and comfortable. Coffee in room was good and machine easy to use. Enjoyed the selection at the breakfast bar. Only problem no elevator.to second floor. Good to note that there are to Gentle Springs roads, one Drive and the other Lane where this Best Western is located in Diamond Bar so you don't get lost like we did.

Convenient location

Pros: Clean, polite staff.
Cons: Correctly sized pillows, trim in room needed repair, coffee table was in poor shape, refrigerator noisy but appreciated. Signage for Hot Tub switch
Location: Near Indian Restaurant, Chinese Seafood Restaurant, Burger Restaurant, Carl's Jr and McDonalds
Walking distance to a lot of food options. King Bed no king pillows, small squares of chopped foam filled pillows, yuk! Pool was cold, not heated. My bad for not checking. Hot tub was great! It was under construction to add a much needed elevator, but no noise on the weekend. Noisy traffic if on the freeway side, not so bad on the pool side. Breakfast was better that expected. Did not like people in area bringing in their own food and dropping on the floor. People can be so gross! Overall the hotel was noce. Amenities such as fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, all nice.

One night

It was one night, easy. Noisy, so I requested non highway side, thank goodness. Breakfast was good, large enough area. Lots to choose from, I thought. Clean! I would recommend for one night.

Poor infection control

The rooms have built in soap dispensers in the shower how can you keep the contents of the body wash and things from being compromised? The carpet was mismatched. There was construction on the hotel outside of our room that was not communicated. The air conditioner didn't work. This place is a dump and a bad reflection of Best Westeren Inc.
