Just, no.

I booked 5 rooms and none of them were clean! One room had bugs in the bathroom and on the towels. Another had bug bites all over her face and arms. In three of the rooms, the trash was not removed when housekeeping cleaned. The entire hotel is very dark, and most of the walls are painted black in the hallways. There is no option for express laundry, you have to wait 2 days to get it back. The heat in the building seems to be set at around 28°C and the only way to cool it down is to open a window; however, the loud street noise does not make it practical to leave the window open at night. The only positives I can say are that the rooms are spacious, and the beds are comfortable. If you're in the market for an overpriced hostel, this is the place for you.

Dear Sonia, Our apologies for any inconveniences you may have experienced during your stay. We take precautions to avoid it, but since bedbugs get into hotels through people's luggage; it can't be avoided at all times. I can assure you that the treatment was started immediately to resolve this issue. We offer our guests laundry service from monday to friday. Basic rooms. Good stay when visiting the city but not for a long period. WiFi is terrible. Good bar and lounge and good breakfast.

Home of the Antwerp coffee

Location: 15 minutes walk from the central station Chemist, laundrette and kebab house within 5 minutes walk 10 minute walk from the zoo
Stayed here for 3 nights at the end of September. Hotel is about 15 minutes walk, through the Diamond district, from Antwerp central station; although there are a few establishments one may need locally, most of what Antwerp has to offer is the other side of the central station. Check-in was quick and easy. My room on the 4th floor was spacious and clean, with a desk and large window looking out onto the street (the window not opening caused condensation to form). Bathroom was clean and practical. Staff all speak English and were very polite and obliging. There is a small bar in the reception area, which serves coffee with local lliqueur Elixir d’Anvers - an excellent post-dinner tipple.

Very uncomfortable stay

Pros: OK hotel, OK location, OK staff, breakfast was good.
Cons: Anything not working, too used or damaged, like the air conditioning or the curtains, must be replaced/updated.
Location: There is a nice and lively square with pubs/bars, restaurants and a playground nearby.
We stayed for a couple of nights on this hotel and it was very uncomfortable. The room was always extremely hot, and the air conditioning didn't work to make it better, and the windows didn't open neither. The curtains were old, had holes in them, and were dusty. Wifi was had a very poor signal/speed. Otherwise it was fine.

Very god hotel

Is a very clean and nice hotel. Is my best hotel so far. Good for the price. Don't like the location but is very nice. I like their room design

We wanted to like it...

This hotel appears fancy, but if you look at the details you will find it to be run down. Our air conditioning didn't work and had a red and green light on which appeared to indicate there was a problem with it. After a horrible night sleep in the hot room, we let them know it did not work. Their answer was to try again to use the control panel or open the windows. We pushed them to change our room, and finally were switched to one and had no problems with it. The toilet seat came unhinged in both rooms we were in because they were cheap plastic with plastic pins holding the seat on. The wallpaper was coming off and the baseboards were in disrepair. The shower had no shower curtain or glass that was long enough so it became dangerously wet after each shower. If you are looking for a nice place to stay, this is probably not for you. If you get the room at a good price, this may be a good budget option for you if you can overlook the details.

Nice Place

I found the hotel to be very clean. The bathroom was big. The room had AC and heat. The bed was only okay, but everything else was great for the price.

Far from downtown action

Hotel is painted all black and dimly lighted so you cannot see the dirt or paint chips. Also about a 30 min walk from main downtown action of Antwerp. There is also a creepy portrait of a girl staring at you as a headboard. However, the rooms themselves as a whole are cozy and decent.
