Worst stay ever in my life

Noisy neighbors burned out lights and cockroaches are not what I want to have on a two night stay. The jacuzzis was ice cold so was the indoor pool. The staff didn’t know how to check someone in. Didn’t know what to do when the bathroom light was burned out. Kind of hard to take a shower in the dark. Cigarette burned in sheets and blankets. Even an iron burn on the carpet in room 131. Just a junky cheap low end stay. Not worth the money!

If you ever check into any hotel (especially our Inn) and dislike anything about your room, please inform the front desk so they can give you a new room or correct the issues to your satisfaction. We would of certainly moved you out of a room that obviously needs repair. You might like to know our hot tub is now working perfect, it was due to extreme historic low temp that our heater had issues. Thank you for staying with us and taking the time to comment.

The room smelled of smoke. The towels were like sandpaper. We could not stay. The staff was nice enough, but the room was really awful. This is the only available hotel in Diamondhead. What a shame!

We want to apologize for the obvious older towels you had, we have new fluffy towels and no excuse for them not being in your room. If you ever check into any hotel (especially our Inn) and dislike anything about your room, please inform the front desk so they can give you a new room or correct the issues to your satisfaction. Our Inn has ALL non smoking rooms. Smokers are "suppose" to stay in exterior rooms and simply step out their door to smoke. Thank you for staying with us and taking the time to comment.

You get what you pay for

First room was wrong room from booking. Second room had something rotten in refrigerator and smell filled room. Third room had just been cleaned and was ok. Indoor pool and hot tub were nice.

Convenient location but disappointing.

This hotel was not clean. The mattress was stained and very dirty. The doors were falling apart. The curtains were rotting and mildewed.

Faucet leaking in tub, very nice lobby and staff, but rooms are dated.

Hotel of horrors take this place off of hotels.com

Horrible, it smells like stale cigarettes, could hear the girl next door having intercourse when we came in at midnight, then at 230am the girl starts blaring r&b music the door to the Bathroom had a hole in it, only one packet of shampoo/body wash when it was two people, everyone seemed to be confined to one side of the hotel when they had plenty of room to space it out. I would never ever ever in my life return to the Horrible place, roaches all over, very outdated, very uncomfortable bed, sheets were old and thin. You could tell this place is rarely used by people. Needs to be demolished. I checked it at 330 am because I could not deal with them.

We would of immediately moved you to a new room in our Atrium building so you could of enjoyed your stay.. Anytime you check into any hotel, and are not satisfied please contact the front desk so they can do their job to correct the issue or get you a new room. Old and rundown

Once elegant motel run down to the point that it should not remain open. Indoor swimming pool and hot tub are it’s best features. Room was old, door broken. Towels were like sandpaper. Bar and restaurant closed (but signs left on exterior as if they were open.).A 15 minute drive to Bay St. Louis for a room would be well worth the time.

OK we beg to differ, we were never "elegant and don't want to be" Our goal is to be a "CLEAN COMFORTABLE INN with COMPETITIVE RATES. You reserved our basic no frills room upstairs and saved money. Cost less than Motel 6. We have put nearly half million dollars in renovations over the past couple years and are continuing to move forward. Our standard first floor rooms with flat screen tv's, refrigerators, micro, Serta Perfect sleepers are recently renovated. We do thank you for taking the time to comment and staying with us.
