A very BAD and AWFUL exprience ever had

it was awful, the worst experience Ive ever had. I even left the hotel a day earlier that I supposed. however our deal was nonrefundable but the manager accept to return my Monday for the second day booking since hotel was in a very bad condition. the pool was full of ppl with dress(not a swimming dress, their dirty , sweaty dress) , beach was closed, no spa, no activity was working. a dead hotel. I'm still waiting for Hotel.com to reply me back but seems no respond. please delist this hotel if you wanna keep your client. however if Hotel.com don't refund my money back I will unsubscribe myself from the web and never book through them.
