Room was not very clean, something had been spilled by previous guests and was dried and sticking on the bedstand. Room was very cold, had the heat on but couldn't get it to stay a comfortable temperature, so the heat ran through the night very loud and continual. Asked the maid service not to clean anything in the room from Friday morning until checkout on Sunday. They still entered the room and removed the garbage, so didn't do as asked to not mess with the room. Each day when returning to the room, the room keys wouldn't work as to coded checked out so had to ask front desk twice a day for new room keys. Each time the front desk clerk was on her laptop computer, eating or on her phone. She seemed annoyed with me for asking for new keys!! No smile, or oh sorry will check to see it doesn't happen again, etc.
