Worst Hotel Experience Of My Life!!!

First off, we were put in a handicapped room at the farthest possible end in what seemed like the basement (even though we booked a regular room close to the entrance as we have a baby) then we noticed the tub was missing it's plug, then we were told to wait to unpack for them to find the part, waited over an hour. Finally, our 7 months old daughter was exhausted and I was frustrated so after several calls we we're just upgraded to a Suite. We also booked this hotel cause we wanted to use the pool and hot tub and we were told they had a group request the pool so even though we paid for it and were told we could use it, it was now no longer available. Overall bad experience and felt bad for the staff cause their hands were tied and they tried their best, but were ill equipped or trained to deal with pretty much everything

My team and I are making sure that guests are able to clearly see the type of room they are booking because often times a person will go to the website and choose the cheapest king room but fail to read the description of the room. I will follow up on that to ensure that guests know exactly which type of room they are selecting. And again I would really like to apologize for the pool. Service was great, breakfast was relaxing and served right away, hostess made sure I had everything needed. Room was quiet and slept well. Just seemed dusty in areas....just needs a spring cleaning!

Room wasn't ready at check-in time. Stayed 4 nights. Cleaning services only came in once.

Poor Stay

Pros: Nothing, wont stay again
Cons: Everything, snow removal, housekeeping, staff at front desk not friendly or helpful. Heating system very loud
The 4th entrance door is not secure lock is broken. Snow was not removed by the door or the parking lot, lots of ice on the parking lot, fall hazard. They did a crappy job cleaning our room when we were gone. Room was cold when we got in, the heating and cooling system is so loud hard to sleep.

Good location and safe. A little older but I would stay here again. We were moving across country and had a lot of valuables in the car but had no worries about the car getting broken into. We also had our cat with us which was not a problem at all and no extra pet fee.

Overall nice, good service, but I was very unhappy that the pool area was closed, but it wasn't obvious until I had already checked in. That alone says bad customer service

Not worth the price..get it at least 30% off

Ceilings damaged everywhere, light bulbs needed replaced all over, sick staff, TV channels didn't work, etc. Comfortable bed. Boring free breakfast..four options: cereal, English muffin and fruit, a sandwich, a pastry, or eggs, sausage and toast. Bottom line..sure glad we only paid a discounted price, because totally not worth a higher cost.
