“Amazing!! I’m officially a vrbo customer for life because of our stay. Everything about this house was beautifully done from the game room to the cocktail bar. Giant fenced in backyard with a fire pit and smores for the kids as well. Tons of fur blankets which our girls loved to snuggle up in to watch movies on a cold November night. Also it's right next to Southall Farm & Inn which is a huge plus.”

“We enjoyed our stay. Plenty of space. 3 full bedrooms each with their own bathroom and queen beds. The location was perfect. Shopping, downtown, restaurants etc were only a short drive away. The beds were comfy. The kitchen fully stocked. The hosts were very quick to respond to any questions we had. ”

“We were extremely pleased with the location, quiet neighborhood, gated community and the fact that it was newer construction! The roosters in the morning were an added bonus:) That being said, we are all in our late 50's/early 60's and we didn't realize the amount of stairs that we would have to climb to get to the bedrooms! Might want to make sure you mention that in the listing because moving luggage up and down was tricky. Only other complaint would be the beds overall were really, really……

“This spot was great to getting to areas in Nashville like The Local and Broadway. One big plus is that it’s close to Wendell Smiths and Hattie B’s on the west side.”
