Unfortunately with just leaving a rating there isn't much we can go off of to fix whatever the issue you had. We are sorry to hear you rated your stay a 1 but you did stay two months ago and just now leaving a review. If you provided feedback instead of a rating it would be very helpful for us to know what we could do to fix the problem you had.

Looking through our database you were marked a no show no call. With there only being 1 car in the parking lot thats false there was actually 6 in the parking lot all day yesterday. With the building looking abandoned not so sure what makes you think it looks that way and makes it feel unsafe. With the hotel looking this way has a lot to do with it being a Sunday Sundays for hotels in this area are actually slow days. You didn't even give us a chance I'm sure if you gave us a chance you would have realized that our hotel is a quiet and comfy stop especially for 50 that is the price you got it for. All other guests who stay with us always talks about the place being comfy and quiet. But we are sorry to hear you didn't like the way the hotel looked from the parking lot.

We're sorry to hear you had them issues with your room. If you made us aware of it we would have been happy to switch you to another room. We did look over the issue and did notice a few spots on the curtain which we replaced but with it being on the walls we didn't see any on them they are just stained looking due to it being old but it is clean.

Old Old Old everything, the AC haven't been updated 20 plus years, the bed has had better days at least 10years ago, and it sounds like a rat was in it we could sleep at all

We can assure you the hotel doesn't have a rat problem. The mattress is old which we are working on replacing but its going to take time. As the air conditioning looking old it is an old one but it works perfectly so no point in replacing it. Them machines cost alot of money so if it works fine then there's no need to replace it. If you weren't happy with your stay you could have told a staff member and they could have tried to better accommodate you but since you didn't there's not much we could do. I'm sorry you didn't enjoy your room just wish you would have said something during discovery of your issues or even at check out.

We're sorry to hear that you had these issues but unfortunately you not letting anyone know of any issue during your almost 12 hour stay with us there isn't much we can do also with your stay being on the 5th of October and your just now letting us know of your issues. If there was any bugs we would have seen them upon cleaning the room which we haven't seen any but we will look the room over again. We will also check out the shower to see if we are able to fix your water complaint. With prison cells being in better shape then the room kind of makes me worry only because i have never been in a prison nor seen what a cell looks like but if its anything like what's on tv then i can guarantee the room is in way better shape then a cell. The room does have a few minor patching jobs on the walls but they are only temporary until the painters get into that room to fix it. Again i am sorry to hear the issues we just wish you made us aware of it during your stay so we could have tried to better accommodate you by fixing your issues.

I'm sorry to hear you had those issues but without making staff aware of them during your stay there isn't much we can do. You had 2 rooms so without knowing which room had these issues we will look over both rooms. With the room having a smell you reserved 2 smoking rooms and my opinion may be different from yours but all i smell is heavy smoke. The bathrooms are cleaned with bleach which kills all germs so not so sure what was dirty about it besides it being old. The carpet in the room is old and stained as well which we are working on trying to fix them up. Wifi could have been resolved along with the other issues if you made us aware of it but i'm sorry you didn't enjoy your stay.

We're sorry to have made you all leave the property but I did explain to you what our policy was during the time I told you to leave. We asked you at check in about pets and the reason we ask about pets isn't mainly for the extra charge it is for the safety of other guest's. We have certain rooms for pets and rooms not for pets in case someone is to be allergic to pets for instance. So when we asked you at check in if you had pets you said no and we put you in rooms not for pets. Our policy which you even have a copy of and that you signed at check in states you will be charged double the normal pet fee and asked to leave the property with no refund if staff see you take in more pets then you told them of. We done what our policy says and that wasn't our fault your family didn't inform you of them having pets. Again we are sorry you had to leave but we have a strict policy at our hotel for the main concern of guests safety. Since that room wasn't for pets and even though the pet wasn't in the room very long we still have to go out there and do a very deep clean as in shampooing carpet wiping all walls down and ceilings windows and furniture with cleaning solution's to get ride of any pet dander that could cause someone to have an allergic reaction.

Dear Jennifer, your stay was 5 days ago 8-2-23. You just now today 8-7-23 at around 6pm called the hotel and spoke to the manager on duty. You started the conversation off with wanting to make us aware that you weren't happy with your stay and that you took pics and videos of everything wrong with the room when you arrived. Therefore you proceeded in saying you stayed for several hours before deciding to leave. You demanded a refund but when the manager told you the hotel policy that you have to make staff aware of a issue as soon as you become aware of it that way they are able to better accommodate you, which you failed to do, you decided to wait 5 days later after explaining to the manager that you only want a refund because you just now started getting bite marks 5 days after your stay. Manager told you that she did see signs of issues with the room as in the toilet not flushing properly so that is being fixed. With the accusations of bed bugs we will look further into that issue since we take that very seriously. Manager never acknowledge of having any she just agreed with you about the issue with the toilet and other concerns you had but that matter will definitely be looked further into. We again are sorry for your experience but since you did not make staff aware of the issues during your stay and instead waited 5 days after check out there isn't anything we can do to fix the issue.

We're sorry to hear you didn't enjoy your room. You checked in at 9:21pm and you came back up to the office an hour later saying the air wasn't working. When the staff told you that it was working that morning when they were cleaning on it and also when that room has been rented out every night no one has said anything to staff about that problem, also that we didn't have any other rooms available to switch you over too you then asked for a fan. Which hotels do not have fans to give out to people. You did not ask for a refund or check out or say anything else was wrong with the room. When staff went into the room after you checked out close to 11am this morning the room was so cold that the mirrors and windows fogged up as soon as they walked into the room so we do know the air was working. But again we're sorry you weren't happy with your stay if it was so bad you could have made us aware of the many many issues your claiming there is and we would have tried our best to better accommodate you.

I stayed in room 112 with my two young children. I walked in, and it smelled like mold and mildew. The carpet right when you walk into the door was squishy and wet. The bathroom had mold all over the walls. And once I turned the AC off, the smell went away a little bit.

We are sorry to hear you had these issues we weren't aware of them and we will do further looking into it. With the floor at the door isn't wet or squishy it is where we had to replace part of the floor from a previous guest causing damage. The room doesn't have a smell of mold or mildew. If you told staff once you discovered these issues we would have tried to better accommodate you but since you didn't say anything during your stay there isn't much we can do besides looking into the issues. With a smell being in the room it could have a lot to do with the ac unit since we do leave them on so guests are more comfortable once they enter the room. The ac could have condensation built up and could be causing a smell so we will take it out and wash it.

The reason I'm giving them this negative feedback is because the AC wasn't working abs the person in charge was talking to my little boy (10 years-old grandson) uneasy of my daughter ir me. When I told him to stop talking to my grandson and to talk to to us immediately he got mad and told us that he was going to return our money and for us to leave. They kept 15$ fir cleaning fee. We were asking jinn to change us to a different room but he refused. Don't waist your money in a place like this.

We are sorry to hear your ac didn't work. We did have the ac turned on in all rooms before anyone arrived to try to cool off the rooms. When the man went to check the ac unit for you when you called it was blowing out cold. He spoke to the little boy because it was hard for him to understand your English and because the little boy was the one who answered the door and was talking to him about the issue. He and all staff are not rude and ignore people when a guest at the property speak to them so we do not ignore whoever speaks to us especially about a issue there having. We are assuming the air wasn't working because of how hot it was outside that caused the ac to not work properly. We didn't have any other rooms available as in we didn't have vacancy after you checked in so we offered a partial refund. We kept a 15 cleaning fee because you were in the room for over an hour and you or someone with you showered and the beds were messed up and trash can was full so I'm sorry we couldn't offer a full refund. Staff didn't refuse to change you to another room if we had the room we would have been happy to switch you but we didn't have any left for the night. we are sorry for your experience at our hotel but we tried our very best to resolve your issue with the ac and we didn't have anyway to fix it due to no rooms available or having a spare ac unit.

I'm sorry to hear you didn't enjoy your stay but you not making staff aware of any issues during your 16 and a half hour stay with us there wasn't and isn't much we could do to make you more pleased. I will look further into the room to see if i can figure out what you are claiming is broken. The room is cleaned and double checked by manager so the room is clean it is an outdated hotel but we are working on renovations at the moment and it should be completely done within a few more months. With your room smelling of mold it didn't smell of mold upon cleaning your room at check out and we have several people ask for that room so if it smelt like mold the other guest who has stayed in that room would have done said something by now. But i will do further looking. Again i am sorry you didn't enjoy your stay. If you said something to staff during your stay we would have tried to make things better for you.

When we got to the room it was dirty and smelly. The bathroom was dirty and the bed spread had spots and stains on it. Went back to the office for a refund and the young lady there refused to give us our money back. She got very nasty. She said she knew the place was run down and dirty because she was the one who cleaned the rooms. We left because it was so bad we just couldn't tolerate the filth and her attitude.

We're sorry to hear about your experience as the rooms being run down it is a older hotel that is in the process of being remodeled at the time which you saw that people were on site painting and working on it. You got very rude and disrespectful which made it very hard for the staff to explain to you the reason you wouldn't get a full refund with it being difficult for the staff to talk to you about the refund you were cussing and yelling and making a ton of false accusations. The lady you spoke to was explaining to you that you will be charged for the first night because of your cancellation policy. You never stated the room was dirty till after you were told that you would be charged one night. When the staff told you that that was when you started saying all other things about the room but since you said straight up that you don't want to stay in a hotel because the bedspreads aren't white and the walls are not painted white then you didn't want to stay. But we are sorry to hear you weren't happy.

Do not even bother booking this place. We were suppose to stay there 2 nights for a business trip that had us out in the country so this was the closest hotel to where we were working. There were 3 us and when the first member of our group checked in and walked in his room there were holes in the walls and a grate hanging down from the ceiling and just an overall mess. We went back to cancel our rooms because no human should stay in this place and they accused him of damaging the room he was in for a matter of a minute to realize he was not going to sleep there.They were rude and refused to refund and cancel our rooms. They were not going to budge on a refund and cancellation. One member had to dispute through his card company, i disputed through Hotels.com just to get a refund. Absolutely terrible! I wasnt expecting this place to be great but at least livable. Its not if you have any kind of standards for your sleeping conditions.

We are sorry to hear you weren't happy with customer service or with your rooms. As i recall you and your other guest didn't even go into your rooms. You just went off of your friends room that he complained about a hole in the wall, the ceiling fan in the bathroom having a gap around it and the air conditioning not being turned on. We are not going to refund anyone over a hole or gap in a ceiling fan. When i explained to the guest who complained that i wouldn't be able to refund because its just a few cosmetic repairs that isn't causing him any danger. Which they are being fixed at this very moment. With us being rude i only was rude by raising my voice because the guest who complained would not let me get any words out and when i even told him word for word " the ceiling fan wasn't like that once me and another housekeeper got done with that room which it only needed to be pushed back into the ceiling which makes it look like he took it down or messed with it because the fan has clicks that hold it in the ceiling and i just can't see how gravity randomly broke a clip and caused it to hang down" so therefore I'm not blaming him for damaging it i just stated what i know. With us not refunding your rooms, we go off of your reservation cancellation policy's and we only issue refunds if someone has a very serious complaint as in finding bugs or the room not being clean upon check in. Which those were none of the issues the guest stated. So we went off your cancellation policy and that was the first night stay plus tax and that is exactly what y'all three were charged. We have to hold rooms for people who has cards on file or who has already paid for there reservation and the three rooms y'all had booked were the last three single rooms we had that night. I did give free cancellation for one reservation which i didn't have to do but you, derrick booked two rooms for the same nights and you weren't even aware of it at check in but i wasn't going to be rude and charge you twice when you made a mistake which technically i could have done if i really wanted to go off of the policy's but i was giving you a break. But i am sorry that your friend didn't enjoy or like the way his room looked and for the other two rooms y'all didn't even enter so you don't even know if those rooms had any issues which they don't they just have a few marks on the walls and chipped paint which we are in the process of fixing up at this very moment.

No satellite service all day Saturday and Saturday night still wasn't on when we checked out on Sunday. Bathtub wouldn't drain and the main door was hard to open inside and out. The door would stick. Bedframe didn't match the king size mattress. Would not recommend this place to anyone!!

We are very sorry to hear you weren't satisfied with your stay. We apologize that we had no working satellite and like i told you on the phone and all the other guests staying at the property that i have been trying to get the issue resolved but that is completely out of my power and there isn't much else that i could do. We have never been told of the bathtub not draining but we have already fixed that issue once you made us aware of it yesterday. The main door sticking is likely caused by the new seal on the door that was installed but someone from maintenance will look further into that issue. With the bed-frame not matching it actually does and it is a king size bed frame which is in every king size room we have. Overall we are a clean and reasonably priced hotel with a few flaws that could have easily been fixed if you made us aware of the issue during your stay. Key point if you have a issue make someone aware of it immediately so we can get it fixed or at least try to make up for it. Again i am so sorry you didn't enjoy your clean reasonably priced room.

Satellite was out all day Saturday and Saturday night was still out when we checked out on Sunday. Bathtub wouldn't drain and the tub was dirty. Door was hard to open from the inside and out. 1 with half the hotel looking like it was out of service is to do with a tornado that hit us on march 24 and it took off our roof so we have water damage to them rooms which we are working on. With the satellite going out yesterday we have no control over, i done everything in my power to get someone from technical support to come out and fix it but no one has came yet. You stayed two nights with us and your just now saying something about a tub being dirty? I did realize the tub not draining but no one has told us about that issue until your review so we will get that fix today. With the tub being dirty i the manager personally cleaned that room on your arrival day and i know for a fact it wasn't dirty it is just stained that we need to paint it. The bed frame is the correct size for that room so I'm not so sure what makes it seem like it isn't. With the door ill take a look at that today and see what we can do to fix it. With your comment about looking like people are living here that really isn't your business but if you did pay attention to the overview about the hotel when you booked it will tell you exactly word for word on every website that we are privately and independently owned and operated and that living quarters are attached to the building. Its a family ran business. But I'm so sorry you didn't enjoy your room mainly over just the lack of TV you had options on leaving and going somewhere else or staying with no TV that's all we could really do.

I was just needing a comfortable bed and good shower in the morning on this business trip. They had that, but that’s all. The room furniture looked like it was retrieved from a dumpster behind Goodwill. Hardly any plug ins for my phone or laptop. Toilet kept running. Door had no seal at bottom, so wind just came in. Last time I stayed at a place of this caliber, there were hookers out front. But, overall, it was cheap and I needed a place to sleep-they fulfilled that.

I'm sorry to hear you didn't enjoy the value of your room. We are a outdated place but we are clean. With the plug ins I'm not so sure what makes you think there isn't many because there are a total of two on each side of the bed which makes four total there. There is a plug in under the table as soon as you walk in the door which makes the total of plug ins 6 then we have some behind the cabinet which is where the fridge microwave lamp and TV is plugged into so therefore there's several plug ins in the room. As the furniture goes its because it is a outdated place and its old so therefore we just need to update and remodel which is what we are trying to do. With the pic of the outside that you posted it is beat and banged up because we recently just got hit by a tornado so we are still waiting on insurance before we can get that fixed. But over all I'm sorry you weren't very satisfied with your stay.

There was nothing wrong with the first room you were put into you claimed the toilet wouldn't flush and that there was a stain on a sheet when i told you that there wasn't any stains on the sheet because i cleaned it that day. I went back into that room when we switched you over to your second room and i flushed the toilet with no issue at all which i also took a video to prove it. and the stain that was on that sheet had to been caused by you because it was wet and both beds were messed up. Also in the second room when you checked out you left stains on the sheets on the bed closest to the door which were reddish orange color which i should have charged you for it. But I'm sorry you didn't enjoy your stay.

Amazing, clean, quiet, comfortable, affordable lodging. Non- smoking rooms, they come with a king size bed, tv, microwave, table and chairs, wall lamps, full bathroom, two nightstands, wifi, phone, and satellite ( directv ).

The outlets on the one side of the bed were not working; this resulted in running the cord for the CPAP machine my husband needs to use across the top of the bed to the outlets on the other side and having to charge his phone on the other side of the bed as well, the one lamp in the room was not working, the one hanger to put your coat on was broken on the one side, the pillows on the bed were very small and lumply even though we requested a king sized bed, there were no tissues in the tissue holder in the bathroom, the bathroom was dimly lit, there was dirt on the floor, and the check out lady seemed rude. We did not stay around to check out the breakfast offerings as the atmosphere was not very friendly. This was the worst hotel stay on our journey.

You booked two rooms, room 106 is the king bed room which we are only required to have three pillows on the bed. If you needed extra pillows you could have requested some and we would have gave you some more. The outlets in the room do work and i know that for a fact. We did notice one of the lights not working due to us needing to replace that light bulb. We are out of face tissues but that is why we supply the room with more toilet paper to try to accommodate the supply shortage. The room has more than one hanger because we have to keep at least four in each room which i check everyday when someone checks out.The dirt on the floor is chipped tile that we need to replace but it just takes time that we are working on. I don't know how i seemed rude due to me telling you when you came back to the office to check out that you did not have to come back up because we have a sign posted at check in that if you don't have an issue to report with your room then you do not have to come back to the office to let us know when you leave due to making your check out process very easy and simple. You came up to tell me you were checking out of the two rooms you booked and you only asked for a receipt which i replied back to telling you that i gave your receipts when you checked in and any additional charges that could occur was if you were to smoked in the rooms broken anything or stole any items which you did not do so therefore no additional charges were made to your rooms. The breakfast offerings we do not have any and even on the website you used shows you that we don't offer breakfast. I'm sorry to hear your experience was bad but you gave us no complaints during your stay so therefore we were not able to switch you rooms or offer you a solution.

The bed was comfortable. The only good thing about this place. The bathroom had bugs. There were wires sticking out from behind the lights in the bathroom. There were holes in the wall. Too many code violations.

Thank you for leaving us a review. We were unaware of the issues you are stating you had because you and no one else has informed us of any. You did check in to the hotel at 1 in the afternoon and stayed the whole night and never told us of any issues. If you made us aware of them issues during your stay we could have tried to fix it but since you didn't there's not much else we could do besides looking at the room to see if we find the issues your stating. With there being holes in the walls has a lot to do with the hotel being old which we are working on fixing up. The wires showing behind the light we will look into that issue and look into the issue about bugs.

Friendly place
It had very easy check in and friendly staff. Room was clean but outdated. Needed new mattresses they were uncomfortable. Great restaurants within walking distance and right off the interstate. Pet friendly which I loved because i love taking my two small dogs with me. I would recommend it for a brief stay.

Building needs torn down. Guy at the front desk was lazy and wouldn’t get us a towel acted as it was beneath him to do something for a woman. I won’t be back!

You were only here for one night and when you checked in late at night you had clean towels. You only had two people in the room and there was absolutely no reason for us to give you clean towels when you are checking out that morning when you came to ask for some. He wasn't being lazy it is just common sense that you have fresh clean towels the night you checked in and the next morning was your check out day so as in him not giving towels isn't a problem because the towels in the room was already cleaned, If you need a clean towel after every shower you take when your already clean from a shower and you pretty much just use a towel to dry off then that's sad you must not be cleaning yourself right. Now if you needed a extra towel you could have said that and we would have gave one but you came and said you needed clean towels at around 6am and no we're not going to be giving fresh towels to anyone that early because that isn't our job and when you haven't even been in the room for a full day.
