Tired and rather average
Check in is convoluted; because they insist on 3pm check-in, even though the room is ready, the result is a big queue, over crowding in a small lobby area. BTW, When you walk through the archway, there’s a big hole in the floor, watch your step. Given they have until 3pm to clean, the room itself feels a bit grubby, for example, shaving debris/hairs all along the mirror edge in the bathroom, not very deluxe suite. No regular tea upstairs, only downstairs, no milk in the room. Bed was comfortable. The lounge downstairs is okay, only things in there are, sweets and cake, get something savoury in there. My Mum become gravely ill whilst away, when I explained we’d be leaving a day early, the guy on the desk showed the empathy skills of a stone block.

Not an easy stay with heavy rain and wet clothes a
If it was not raining and our clothing and backpacks were not so wet, missing drying rack would have been fine. But, the heater in the bathroom to help dry shoes and clothes was not working. The bed was old and sheets were discolored white. Towels were old. We paid for breakfast and did not find out that it was continental style. No TV cable.

The wifi was very slow and the toilets are quite confronting (they have quite a shallow pan) but the space was beautiful, the staff were lovely and attentive and it’s in a beautiful area close to lots of restaurants!

Cannot drive up to the hotel door. Vehicle must be parked at a public parking lot near by and walk to the hotel. The location is right downtown beautiful Dijon.

The dirtiest, smelliest place - it is a joke that it is three stars? I am shocked by the unkept, amateur state of this place- it was disgusting NOT even 1 star rating would be accurate. Worst accommodation I have ever stayed in- the photos on the website are very misleading and not accurate for the disrepair of this shonky place.

Perfect location, roomy but could use a spruce up
Very pleased with the location: literally 1/2 block from the main pedestrian walkway, not even five minutes to Les Halles, easy to walk everywhere. We got a studio unit and it was a good size for our three nights. Kitchen was just "OK." Having a Nespresso was nice. Bedding & bed was also "OK." Towels really too thin. Probably the biggest thing they need to improve is the carpeting in the halls & rooms which is way over due for a refresh. BUT all that said, we REALLY loved the location, security, and roominess!

Hotel is upgrading rooms of old building and still needs to do much more but the room was spacious and modern. The staff spoke excellent English and service was great. Perfect location, we walked from the train station in under 15 minutes.

Great location for a day trip
Great location and very friendly staff. Some of the hallways are a bit squeaky but this should be expected in downtown historical buildings. Room was spacious, kitchenette was pristine, bathroom was clean but could use a newer showerhead.

Great one-night family stay
Stayed one night on the way back from a ski trip. Comfortable family room with loads of space, useful kitchen and good bathroom. Efficient check in with usefully long hours. We’ll located for the centre of Dijon.

The property was near what we wanted to do; city, shopping, food, cafes, wine. It was easy to walk to train station on the exit of Dijon.

Nice city location
It’s a great hotel with a city location. Check in was easy and welcoming. Whilst the hotel and rooms are clean, the corridors are a bit dated with warn carpet. The room wa# nice with a small kitchen. Note - make sure you clean and pack away kitchen bits or you get a 25 euro charge. Breakfast is a selection of cold items. On check in you select your pastry. Our room faced the side street which was a bit noisy. The fridge in the room also makes a noise every so often. And, the bathroom has a pump to remove water, so very noisy. We parked a vey short distance away in town. Cost for 24 hours is 10 euro.

It is fabulously located at the very heart of Dijon. You can walk around and find everything from dinning options to unique shopping experiences. The suites are quite spacious but the WiFi settings of the Hotel are very strange and it got on our nerve for we had home office hours to fulfill. Overall we had a very pleasant time here and would probably recommend it to family and friends.

Public areas are slightly outdated but the room was recently refreshed including the bathroom and it was nice and comfortable. Staff was always very kind and the location is perfect, just a 10 minute walk from the train station and right in the heart of Dijon.

Brilliant location, right in the heart of Dijon, we had an issue with the room but this was resolved efficiently, Salome was very helpful and deserves full marks for customer service. We would come back again to this hotel.

What a cute room! Nice staff. Note that the staff has time off from 1-3 pm and the hotel entry is locked during that time. Plan your arrival so you don't have to wander around with your luggage. If you've already registered, you can enter the hotel anytime with your room key.

The location is excellent: right in the city center. Bathroom could have some improvements and renovation as well as some kitchen utensils. Significant external noises from the street and neighbours. Stuff is very welcoming and cooperative. All in all, good value for the money

Great hitel
Great hotel, it is a little tricky to find due to the one way system. We were lucky enough to get a parking space in hotel car park. There is a car park around the corner if no parking is available. Staff were friendly. Our children loved the free drinks and snacks between 3 and7. The room was spacious and clean. Location is fantastic right in the centre. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful location in one of France’s nicest towns. The hotel seems to be halfway through a major reno. Half the rooms are updated and very nice. The hallway still could use some work. A good breakfast.

Location and spacious room
Very nice hotel, I was with my family of 3 and we got a very big room with shower and bathtub, all necessary kitchen tools were available. Location is amazing , super close to all attractions and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Nothing fancy but fair price for what you get.
