Not up to Novotel's usually friendly servicePosted Aug 17, 2017
Pros: Convenient to the AutoRoute, plenty of parking.
Cons: I sense the hotel is run for the convenience of the staff, not the customer. In other words the local management is flawed.
Location: Its out of town, which was fine for us as we were just stopping overnight, but not much around it. You need a car
This is a convenient stop over hotel with easy access to the AutoRoute and plenty of parking. However, having stayed a few times, it definitely falls short of Novotel's usually high standard of friendly customer service. Prepare yourself for a slow and cheerless check in, check out and a long wait for a drink at the bar...
One night stop over for familyPosted Apr 30, 2017 on Hotels
The Hotel, Staff and breakfast were good but the room didn't have heating so we didn't take a shower.

Lovely hotel with relaxing bar area & separate restaurant. We have stayed here twice as it is easy to reach from the motorway and has a decent playroom and a large garden with play area & swimming pool. Rooms are always clean with comfortable beds & nice bathroom.

A welcome break and stop over after a long dayPosted Jun 8, 2016 on Hotels
It was a stop over en route from south to north France, and was a welcome rest. They have a large grassy area with a slide and climbing frame for children too which was dead handy for them to be able to burn off some energy after being in the car all day. The reception area is big and welcoming and at the bar they serve lovely Belgian Affligem beer, with free crisps/nuts! The hotel is only a few minutes off the main motorway that passes by Dijon, so idea for a quick stop without having to drive into the town centre.

Family hotel for a pit stop to the south of FrancePosted Sep 5, 2015
Not up to the standard of a normal Novatel, but a reasonable enough hotel. Rooms a little dated. Wifi is free and good. Lobby and bar area is better.

Good for overnight stayPosted Sep 2, 2015
Room very tired hotel reay for revamp. Went into bathroom in the morning to find it flooded, water coming through the light in the ceiling. Reported it to reception no one came after 20 mins went to reception to see what was happening told it was being dealt with. Had Breakfast which was very disappointing, hot choice bacon saus and scrambled egg totally undercooked. Could not use the bathroom at all in the morning offered a bottle of wine for compensation. A disgrace Novotel.
