Wanted to surprise my niece by staying at a resort with her same name....got her a bottle of coke with her name on it..and brought her here...what a mistake. When you come to a hot tropical place when it is snowing at home...you must have air conditioning..no if's, buts, about it. Ours sucked! They offered to downsize us to a smaller room..no thanks! It had more ants and Geico's then the one we were already in!
Thats when they brought us a fan...turned it on and black soot shot out and spread across all the white sheets...fun tines.
Beach is not usable and it does not have a jaqueze. Food was OK, but high priced when compared to other places.
The best thing was the staff. They broke thier backs trying to help us in whatever ways they could. After we arrived we chose to have some lunch under an umbrella at far end of the pool. Waitress name was Vic, and she literally ran back and forth..never say anything like that before. Lunch for 4-people was $1,800 pesos,,,worth about $1K at any other resort.
Bring your own wifi...takes 5 minutes to send an email when you are in the restaurant..in the room, well..Google times out!
There is absolutely nothing to do near this hotel, good thing we rented a car. Wont stay here again, but loved the staff!
