Perfect

Room was perfect. I could see the fireworks from my bottom floor room. Bed was firm but comfortable. It’s not a temporpedic mattress but it will do for a few nights. Room was very clean with microwave and refrigerator. Price was perfect.

The outside looks a little scary cleanliness wise but as soon as we opened the door we could smell how clean it was. Everything looked fresh and clean. There was however, a shower gel, that had been opened and not closed all the way with a long black hair wrapped around it. This was pretty disgusting but we just threw it away because the rest of the room was very clean. Overall i would definitely stay here again, especially considering the price and the fact that its only a 10-20 minute walk to Disneyland.

Clean, roomy, and an easy walk to Disneyland. Comfortable beds, obliging hosts, and one of us particularly enjoyed the swimming pool! Has toast and pastry breakfast available each morning, along with coffee, and is an easy foot-sore (after a day in the Magic Kingdom) stumble to a variety of eating establishments (partiularly reccommend Cocos) . In short, perfect for our family. Could only have been made better by coffee making facilities in room. Thanks guys!

Close to disney but...

We had got there early. And the guy was nice about holding our bags while we went to go for lunch. We got back and got to our rooms. Where we were so tired we passed out on the bed. We had woken up and had not realized that there was a dry drop of blood on the pillow where my girlfriend face was laying on for our hour nap. We had taken the pillow to the front desk. And they said sorry. But nothing else no new pillow. No follow up. Just completly brushed it off. Aside from our cable/television not working as well. We felt like we did not matter to the hotel. We went to check out and we brought it up but again nothing but a sorry.

Hotel needs a remodel - too old.

Pros: How close it is to Disneyland - we walked there.
Cons: All the rooms, the pool should be heated, and add a hot tub.
Location: GREAT!
Bathrooms are horrible. Carpet is old. It just looks worn out.

Great location

Pros: Location
Cons: Interior decorating : colors, furniture etc. Needs improvement.
Location: Walking distance to several restaurants and a corner convenience store, and also to convention center and Disney Land.
Close to convention center & Disneyland, affordable price. Room was good size but due for major updating. Bathroom sink has white paint to cover some kind of crack? Bed was comfortable, though. overall, you do get what you pay for.

Good overnight experience

I booked for a one night stay. It was nice for this kind of trip. Rooms were clean albeit a little dated. Parking lot is a one entrance/exit horseshoe kind of lot. It was a little tight backing out. Neighborhood felt safe and modernized. It's a good location to walk to the convention center and Disney Downtown. For a last minute, spur of the moment trip, the price was acceptable, for me anyway.

Nice Basic Hotel

Pros: Quiet and convenient, pleasant and professional staff, comfortable bed.
Cons: Carpets need to be shampooed, vacuum only removes surface dust, should shampoo carpets once or twice a year.
Location: Restaurants, Disneyland
Your basic Hotel, quiet, friendly staff, comfortable beds and within walking distance to Disneyland and California Adventures. Despite this being an older hotel, the grounds were clean as is the office, and the pool was nice. As with most hotels, the carpets are somewhat dirty and should be deep cleaned once/twice per year. But overall a nice hotel and reasonably priced.
