Receptionist was very rude with us in a room very noisy next to the laundry room refused to let us into the room before 3 o’clock room was dirty and I found a cockroach in the bathroom never in this hotel again

I was reluctant to reserve here! Every year have stayed at the Anaheim Marriott, but knowing this property was on the same strip…..if figured affordable didn’t mean bad! I paid less for three nights with taxes then I have for one night at the other property. It was clean, well appointed, quiet and comfortable! Staff was helpful and friendly. Also affordable dining options within walking distance. I would highly recommend the Queens Inn Anaheim! I will stay there again!

Stayed here on a Saturday night because we were tired from being at Disney all day. Just to be treated like trash from the employees. After first checking in, we were asking for an upstairs room because we do not like being bothered from the noise of another group of people above us To which we were denied when I asked. Why is that the case was told there were absolutely no more upstairs rooms available? Shortly after checking into the room, our room starts buzzing and vibrating because of an unknown reason. When calling the front desk to fix the problem, we were met with attitude and disrespect to which we finally got moved rooms and it was an upstairs unit. No matter how cheap or inexpensive, this room can be to seem convenient. Do not waste your money. Spend the extra 15 to $20 and stay at Kingston.

We arrived late to the hotel after a long drive. The staff member was very nice and check in was a breeze. The room was clean however parts of it were rundown. The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were small. Overall it was quiet but I don’t think we will be back.

Front staff charged $50 for a second vehicle when I was told $30. When asked for the charge to be reversed and corrected she was hesitant to give a receipt. After checking into what was supposed to be a “clean” room we noticed it wasn’t fully cleaned. There was old Kit Kat candy on the side of the bed, the toilet wouldn’t stop running, and the shower pressure was crap. Luckily it was just a one night stay. Price was good but wouldn’t stay again.

Very pleasantly surprised with this hotel! Our room was very clean. The bathroom was super clean, really nice tiled shower with hot water and amazing water pressure. Beds were a little firm for our taste but for a safe place really close to Disneyland that didn’t cost a fortune this was awesome!! Check in and out quick and easy. Would stay here again!

They placed us in room 119, right next to the housekeeping quarters in the Horner of the first floor. This should not even be a room available to rent to any guests. The key did not initially work. The fridge did not work or the tv. At 7:30am. We heard housekeeping employees very loudly making unable to sleep in. While checking out the front desk lady didn’t seem care one bit about my concerns. Never going back. Instead of an apology she dismissed..I let her know I’d leave a review.

Great place for the price. Light came through the door frame—which also meant that some sound came through. Not a big deal since i returned to the room late just to sleep. I would stay there again. P.s. I saw a lot of families on the premise.
