Nice hotel close to Disneyland, but....

Pros: Staffs, location
Cons: the balcony door
Location: Nearby Disneyland.
"Nice hotel close to Disney land, but the balcony door had a problem." The hotel was the best hotel to visit Disneyland. There was a shuttle bus stop at the front of the hotel. The staff was very friendly. However, the balcony door needed replacement or repair.

Awesome hotel!

We loved this hotel, it was close to Disney and had an awesome pool for the kids. The buffet breakfast was amazing, we would definitely stay here again!

Very convenient location to Disneyland.

Cons: The a/c turning on and off was a little disruptive, but we stayed at the hotel during a heat wave so not sure that we could have avoided it.
Location: Disney and great restaurants
The location relative to Disneyland was extremely convenient. We walked but could have taken the shuttle. We are fast walkers and were at Disney in 10 minutes. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff at the registration desk were very helpful.

Lovely hotel, but the staff are very focused on the convention guests and tend to ignore the leisure guests like ourselves. Other than that the rooms were great and the location was perfect for Disneyland!

Far Below my Expectation

Pros: the smart TV and high quality food
Cons: bathroom fans, noise control especially in the early morning hours, and musty smell in the rooms.
First and the most annoying thing about our room was the musty smell which didn’t go away even after keeping the balcony door open for one day. Second issue was the bathroom fan or ventilator; either it didn’t work or worked so insufficiently that took more than an hour or 2 to get rid of steam or smell!! Last but not the least was the noisy machine that started working around 6:30-7 am in front of the entrance door for hours and woke all the guests up especially those that faced the front side of the hotel. For Marriott hotel due to the star rating and high price the expectation is higher than normal but I did not experience any comfort or luxury. The only good and outstanding services were the smart TV and high quality food, which I give 2 stars :)

I really liked the area. the hotel is well placed and it's really close to Disneyland. lots of dining and restaurants near the hotel.
